Property location- Great! Also, the only good thing about this hotel for price of ₹2.7k.
Corridors- stinking like loo
Amenities -
1. attached washroom was dirty
2. Bedsheets were dirty
3. Towel provided was dirty
4. Bed head was smelling of closed moisture.
5. Air conditioner was constantly noisy
We didn’t have food there, but other services overall were highly disappointing.
Overall a terrible experience.

The worst experience I ever faced in The hotel. Night time some drinks a alcohol and make a Big noise and knocking the room doors. Also in the corridor area full of used alcohol bottles in the open view for everyone.
Room also not clean properly.
Cockroach available inside the room.
Bathroom water comes out fully black.

It was a company side booking, it was a great experience as all the staffs over there very friendly and home , cheap rates yet good stay , near to the metro station and shopping malls and variety of food stalls..food options... Good for foodie person

Very pathetic experience we had... The bedsheets and pillow cover were not changed. And there was no drinking water in room. They kept water bottle with MRP. ₹10 but charged ₹63 for 1 litter bottle. Single bread omelet was charged ₹150. The coffee which they gave was like 😭😭😭 no words to express. And the complementary breakfast was not worth for the money we pay. Finally the parking, they have banquet party hall. When we stayed, there was a function, so they asked to take our car outside and we stayed in our car for car safety. After the function, at late night like 11.00 we parked inside. Already we booked room to take rest. But they didn't allow us to take rest. Overall experience was tooooooo bad. I don't recommend this. Money we pay is not worth for this Maple tree hotel.

This hotel look beautiful on the pictures shown on the website, but when we get there I was able to see the corridor was not in a good condtion. I was able to see room with cockroach. I booked for executive room, but I doubt i was staying in executive room.
I paid online, but receptionist have no clue that I already paid. They insist me to pay on the counter by cash, but I refused to pay and finally before checkout everything was sorted. Overall I would only give 2 start thats for the location.

Need to improve cleanness. Pest control is not upto the mark. Staffs are not professional. Food taste has to be improve

cleanliness is poor. floors are sticky. bathroom size is so small.
