Room was good with a balcony...it was pleasant stay
Bathroom were nicely cleaned provided with shower get and toothbrush set..
Hotel also contains a budget frendly restaurant..

As a frequent traveler, I’ve never encountered such poor service and lack of professionalism. This hotel clearly falls short of the standards expected, and I would caution anyone considering staying here.
I understand things can go wrong, but what’s worse is the complete disrespect for customer and failure to resolve the situation appropriately.
I will not be returning to this hotel and strongly recommend others consider alternatives when booking in this area.

Room size was small and kids stat free was useless as the bed is small and could accommodate only 2 person and no extra mattress space was available

I'm using google map from central station. U can ask local auto *** also. We ordered pane-er butter masala n phulka for dinner. It was awesome. Morning the complementary bfast was good. Can add other dishes for continental rather than cornflakes n bread. Room, bedsheets pillows bathroom were neat n clean. Tq to the quick response and friendly staffs.

Hotel staff is very rude they are not providing the bill and also there was no complimentary dinner ( buffet)
they allowed only 400 per person
