這酒店服務真的太好了太貼心了，晚上有免費夜宵早上還有路早，方便你在趕路的同時又不會餓肚子，

Wow what a lovely surprise to find this nostalgic hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and assertive. The hotel looks great, the rooms are comfortable and the bed gave the best night sleep. The location is convenient with lots of food options close by. The people’s park is close and also metro stations. Next time I’m in Chengdu, I’ll be staying here.

Overall a fantastic stay in this hotel. The 4 front desk lady staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They greeted us warmly every time we walked past them, helped us to collect our laundry, even helped with carrying our luggage. The breakfast spread was delicious, though the eating area was small, they provided a sufficient variety of dishes: western and Chinese. They are offering a promotion of buy 1 free 1 breakfast, it is an amazing deal. The room was clean and comfortable, though slightly small, it has everything you need. Personally I appreciate the comfort of the bed and pillows, it is not overly soft and most importantly it is very clean. There is nighttime dessert provided everyday which is delicious too. There is coffee machine, chrysanthemum tea and hot jujube ginger tea provided at lobby. The location of the hotel is just nice for me, as it is away from the busy area, it is less crowded and quiet. The neighbourhood has some delicious eateries as well. Walking distance to KuanZhai Alley is around 5-10min. Definitely will come back if I were to visit again.

Very good and friendly stay environment. I feel like I'm staying at home instead of staying in hotel. 非常有家的感觉！ First time I stayed in hotel that can help to wash and dry our clothes. Overall, I got nothing to complain about this hotel. All staff are very very friendly.

這是我出遊以來服務最好的酒店。服務周到細緻，很貼心，晚上回來有夜宵，還給準備泡腳桶葯包，服務員小姐姐每個人都很熱情，免費的瓶裝熱水，咖啡，熱茶，有家的感覺。房間有小吃，早餐也很好吃服務熱情。

時光漫步去寬窄巷子真的很方便，櫃枱人員也很好，小紅也很貼心，洗了衣服因為累到睡覺了，他們還會幫忙烘乾再送回房間，每天都有小吃，對外國人真的很友好，下次我還要去住。感謝您們

Hôtel charmant dans le centre de Chengdu, je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et chaleureux (malgré la barrière de la langue), ils seront toujours présent pour vous aider, vous servir un délicieux thé au gingembre ou encore une collation le soir. J’ai même eu la surprise de rentrer un soir dans ma chambre et d’y trouver un petit pot de fleur, avec un message redirigé en anglais, à la main, me souhaitant un bon séjour. La semaine que j’ai passé à Chengdu a été sublimé par cet endroit et j’en garderai un souvenir impérissable. Merci encore à tout le personnel !

滿分好評！ 首先服務非常好，前台幾位小姐姐真的超級nice，然後早餐也很豐富，負責早餐的大叔真的超級超級熱情，一直推薦我們這個那個，可惜趕時間沒有辦法慢慢吃。白天都有紅糖薑茶（剛好來了姨媽），晚上有銀耳湯（頓頓都是辣的，這個湯可太解膩了）。 再説房間，衞生做的很好，還有一次性洗臉巾提供，這個還是第一次看到酒店有，房間雖然不是很大，但是廁所還挺寬敞的。床很好睡，電視投屏效果挺不錯（看電視劇看到半夜三點） 然後位置也很好，可步行至成都博物館，沿路經過人民公園，寬窄巷也在附近，走路就能到。打車去春熙路也才幾塊錢。 另外酒店樓下有家靠路邊的串串店還不錯，還有一家叫82號餐館的小炒也不錯 （懶癌患者沒拍酒店照片，發幾張小吃，所以能寫這麼多真的是因為非常滿意呀！）

服務態度都很好，前台小美女們都很熱情和友善的招待客人。環境很有特色。大家可以來體驗看看哦。
