SEYA Serviced Apartment - Chengdu Taikoo Li Flagship（Managed by SEYA GROUP）

Fantastic stay – Spacious, comfy, and incredible service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at SEYA Serviced Apartment - Chengdu Taikoo Li Flagship. The location is absolutely excellent, right near Taikoo Li, and the apartment itself is very comfortable with plenty of space – much larger than a typical hotel room. One thing to note: the only bathroom is located on the loft level and has a very open layout, so it might not be ideal for older guests or those who prefer more privacy. However, for families or friends traveling together, it’s actually quite fun and adds to the unique vibe. What really sets this place apart is the service. The team is 1000% helpful and friendly, no matter the time – I even reached out at 3am and got immediate assistance. A special shoutout to our room butler, 土豆 (Potato), who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She’s truly amazing. SEYA is now my go-to accommodation in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with the housemaster attending to all our needs, help with package collection and food delivery. The location is great as it is in the center of all key locations like taikoo li, IFS, chuanxi street. Lots of food options nearby, easy to pinpoint for calling Didi

The location is right in the city center — literally the heart of Chengdu. The hotel offers an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li. Ultra modern designer interior, and the technology level is exceptional, eg. designer kitchen appliances, washing machine with built-in dryer, large screen protector, electric fireplace….But what made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service from Huahua, Tudou and the Butler Team. They are, without a doubt, the best service team I have ever experienced in any hotel. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Was very impressed with their service as well as from house keeper 花花. She single handedly helped us settled our 淘宝parcels and delivery as well as when there are areas in the room that we have issue with, attends to them immediately for our ease. We would definitely come here again and recommend this for travellers!

One of cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed in. Room was comfortable and service was top notch right from check in to check out. Central location superb as well. Amazing hotel with great location for shopping. The room is modern and artistic. Their services is fabulous, special mention to 十一，Tong Tong and the rest of the crew. I left some belongings (not expensive) at the room, I asked them to send to me at Shanghai, they simply agreed without hesitation. Definitely will stay again :) Room 2809 31st May to 4th June 2026

Had a really enjoyable stay here! One of the highlights was the loft design—it’s stylish, unique, and made the experience feel much more special than a typical hotel stay. The room we booked was spacious, and could comfortably fit 5 people. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even before our arrival, the team was patient and responsive in answering all our questions. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that our deliveries were sent directly to our room; it’s a thoughtful touch that reflected the team’s attention to detail. A special shout-out to our 小管家桐桐、彬彬 and 十一 for taking such great care of us. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless and comfortable. The check-out process was also smooth and hassle-free. Not only was the service excellent, but the location was fantastic as well. The hotel is conveniently located in Taikoo Li, and is within walking distance of the metro station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, many of which stay open late till late at night. There are also several convenience stores just a minute’s walk from the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu and would gladly stay here again on my next trip!

The service from the “小管家” team 十一，蓝莓，and 梦冰 was honestly amazing throughout our stay. Super thoughtful, responsive, and meticulous with every little detail, which made the whole experience feel very warm and personal! The hotel location is also superb, just a stone’s throw from Chengdu’s main shopping district. Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road are literally downstairs, so getting around and visiting all the popular spots was incredibly convenient. The room was well-equipped with great facilities, but what impressed me most was the 小管家 team. During 520, they even helped me decorate the room as a surprise for my girlfriend, which was such a nice touch and made the stay even more memorable. Really appreciated the effort and hospitality from the team. Kudos!
