Elaine Serviced Apartment Chengdu

Everything was wonderful, very attentive staff, sensible of when to come for cleaning. The only drawback was that the gym is open only till 10pm, I’m a night owl and like to exercise after 10 pm but I couldn’t do that unfortunately

Location is nearby attractions view , room is clean and neat . Especially the bed is good to sleep

The location was great, close by convenient store and restaurants. There was a good one called chen’s malo tofu. The room was spacious and the housekeeper cooperated well with room cleaning schedule and worked very fast.

This apartment is great. Big room and great service. All your requirements are handled by your personal butler. The place is abir old of the building it's a bit hard to find at first. As the lobby checking is at level 3. Having lots of luggages like me is quite difficult. There are tons of food and snack surrounding that place but the mall beside us is dead. Non of them are open.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The service was great and efficient, all staff have been very friendly and constantly did their best to ensure our wellbeing. Room was clean and felt both homely and fresh. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the metro or right into the city centre. Advertised pictures perfectly matched the room. Compared to other hotels we’ve visited in the same price range, this was by far the best! If we return to Chengdu, we will definitely stay here again.

Staffs are very friendly, there is even a welcome cat called jiaozi who is also friendly. Rooms, furnitures, toilets are clean. Location is excellent. We all love this place.

Everything felt new and well-maintained, and the apartment was equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is one of its biggest advantages. It is very convenient and strategically located, with plenty of local food options, shopping malls, and convenience stores within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it simple to explore Chengdu's attractions. The apartment offered a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value for money. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the price was very reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Elained Service Apartment Chengdu to families, couples, and travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Chengdu.

We had a fantastic stay at Elaine’s Service Apartment during our family trip to Chengdu. The first thing that stood out was the exceptional cleanliness of the apartment. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is also incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family to relax. The generous living space, comfortable furnishings, and homely atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Chengdu and the surrounding areas. A special mention goes to the cutest “hotel manager,” Jiaozi the cat! Jiaozi added so much charm to our stay and quickly became a favorite member of the household. Seeing this adorable furry manager around always brought a smile to our faces and made the apartment feel even more welcoming. In fact, after returning from our trip to Jiuzhaigou, my mom kept saying she wanted to come back and stay at the apartment again because she loved it so much. That’s probably the highest compliment a place can receive! Thank you to the wonderful hosts and, of course, Manager Jiaozi for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Elaine’s Service Apartment to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable, and heartwarming place to stay in Chengdu.

Spacious apartment, good service and clean. the only slight disappointment is that the lift as it shares with many other apartments which also allows delivery man to use it.
