This is my second review for this hotel because I chose to stay here again for an additional 3 nights after an earlier one-night stay – and once again, I was thoroughly impressed.
What really stood out this time was how flexible and accommodating the hotel staff were. On the first night, we experienced a minor issue with water seepage in the bathroom. The hotel responded quickly and efficiently by changing our room the next day without any hassle. That level of service set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Throughout the stay, the staff were consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We had a delivery that was mistakenly sent to the wrong location, and the staff immediately helped us contact the courier, traced the correct address, and ensured it was successfully delivered the next day. Their willingness to assist in every situation made a big difference.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. The mattress was extremely comfortable – I even asked for the brand so I could buy one for home (though they weren’t able to share the model). The hairdryer was powerful, and they thoughtfully provided daily coffee and tea in the room.
What makes this hotel extra special is its smart technology. Every room is equipped with an AI assistant (like Alexa) that can control the air-conditioning, open/close the curtains, set alarms, and provide weather updates – a very convenient touch that enhanced the overall experience. They even have a robot that delivers your food if you order in!
Another thoughtful touch was how the staff helped collect my deliveries before I could pick them up – something that many hotels don’t offer.
Overall, this hotel continues to impress me with its combination of excellent service, clean and smart facilities, and great value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will definitely return again.
