Kaiman Top Floor High Altitude Hotel (Taikoo Li Branch)

Great hotel, great location and friendly staff. You just need to know some mandarin to get by, otherwise it gets a little tricky. They stayed to help us get things figured out when we checked in. Incredible view too!

Great location. Decent size room. AC was weak and wasn't working properly for a few days, but management had someone fixed it the next day after notification. Secure building. Good views.

Highly recommended for couples/family/business travellers to book this stay when they are over at ChengDu! Location right at TaiKooLi which is near the shopping streets and at the same building they even have Lawson and a local Minimart!! Perfect. Cleaning was done quick and fast. Maintenance of the stay was perfect and very new. Super nice view from the rooms. The owners were both very kind and helpful. They were able to recommend me good food there too. Very accommodating and friendly. Definitely would recommend it to everyone and will be back to book with them again!

The view from the room is epic, just as in the pictures. The location is also spot on: easy to get from Chengdudong train station, close to everything and it’s easy to get a taxi to the pandas research centre. The area is safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Very nice facilities, spacious and clean. Operator was kind and easy to communicate. Provided with what we need and are very accommodating. Location is near shopping district and stations. There is minimart directly below too

Very nice room but there was some issue like when it was raining the water comes inside the room from roof. Also the room looks better in the picture than in reality. But the view was stunning so 4/5.

Had a wonderful stay in Chengdu! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊
