Such a lovely place! The room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and the service was amazing. I’d love to come back. 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The 6-room size made it feel very exclusive and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The best part was the location—right next to the Ritz Carlton, which made it incredibly easy to find and access everything in the area. Everything was good and we would definitely return!

Our stay was very convenient for getting around and close to many local eateries and cafes. Chengdu is a city that perfectly balances tradition and modern comfort. Whether you're a foodie or culture lover. I'll definitely come back 👍🏻

Very good value for money. Very clean and big room. Stayed with 8 friends and have a very good time using the main room. View is ok. All towels and drinking water were replaced daily. Have washing machine. Master bedroom also has flush toilet with bidet. A bit hard to find at first as the main receiption is at the 3 ft of the building so you'll need to take a long escalator to the 3 ft.

A great stay. Lots of room and great to have 3 bedrooms. Quiet area. Still close to the busy areas if you take a quick rideshare. Note that it was a bit difficult to find the apartment hotel because the name was different than the sign, combined with the escalator being closed. If you need help, simply ask the hosts and they can help. The hosts were very kind to help us plan our day trip to see the pandas. Had a great time in Chengdu.

Check in process was very easy. As we touched down early, they offered to do online check in as well. Location is very friendly to travel to visit pandas and the shopping district.

Love the place! Very spacious! I will definitely book again when I come to Chengdu with my family. This place is suitable for family of 6-8 person. Walking distance to LuoMaShi is about 500m, to TianFu Square is about 1km everything is considered nearby. There’s a food street on the ground floor very convenient. Only issue we face is the hot water suddenly doesn’t work in the middle of the night. Just that one time over the 2 nights stay. Contacted the counter staff thru WeChat and they came immediately to solve the issue. Other than that everything is perfect.

This "hotel" is centrally located. It's essentially an Airbnb condo unit rented out in this huge residential building. There are no hotel services at all and the building is not maintained very well. The elevators, public corridors and hallways are dirty and a joke. There's a manned gated entrance at the base of the building, but I have no idea what they check for as it seems anyone and everyone can just walk through without showing anything like we did. The condo itself is huge, big enough to fit our group of 9. However, it is not well-maintained. The carpeting is dirty, light fixtures missing or incomplete, drawers lopsided, leaks in bathroom sink with makeshift plumbing quite visible underneath. And there's a full size refrigerator smack in the middle of the kitchen! The laundry area is outside in a makeshift patio that's dark and dingy. We requested another unit, that's how bad it was, but none available until the next day. By then, we were all settled in and didn't want the hassle of moving. Host was responsive though, but there's only so much they could do with how the unit is already. They did bring a microwave the next day upon our request. The automatic mahjong table was nice, but it was at the window with a view of the abandoned and decrepit stadium. Overall, I would not recommend, unless your big party absolutely wants to stay together. Get actual hotel rooms instead.

Place is not hard to find, just drop off at ritz carlton and its next door. The place is spacious and the apartment beds is really comfortable. We slept so soundly every night. Bathrooms are clean and master bedroom even has a bidet. Kitchen had utensils and we really utilised their washing machine. Only thing is have to always wear the provided room slippers around the apartment as housekeeping does not clean floor. The front desk staff service is amazing, prompt replies, they try their best to give me what I need, and the call for housekeeper to come is almost immediate. They also helped me collect my taobao parcel which had been delivered wrongly next door as they were scared I would be lost, I really appreciated it. Location is near to kuanzhai alley chunxi rd peoples park etc, quite fast n convenient via didi. If hungry and cannot order delivery, there is a small food alley downstairs and bbt store. Very ez! Overall 10/10.
