Very big room for the price. The rooms are clean and new and very well equipped. Staff also escorted me to the room and gave me a simple room tour, which was a nice touch.

Overall, we are happy with our stay. The room is spacious, mattress ok most importantly the front desk are super friendly!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service at the reception. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with genuine kindness and attention to detail. Special thanks to 小杨 (Xiao Yang) and 美子 (Mei Zi), who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their helpfulness and professionalism made us feel right at home. They are a true asset to the hotel, staff like them make all the difference. The hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated and wonderful team members. Also the cleaning staff is very friendly. Rooms are very neat. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing! Big big recommend!! The staff are so nice and helpful, didn't know English but it is so easy with a translator and they really want to do it for you and to help you. The location is great, just 5 min from metro, 5 min from tianfu square. The room was big and very very clean (also they cleaned it every day). We did laundry here and they did it for us, even folded our clothes. The bed is so comfy, you can have as many water as you want. At the first floor there is another hotel who let us pay every day for breakfast for 36 RMB per person.

I had a wonderful stay at Kuanyun Li Hotel ! The service was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help. Even at 4 AM, they served with a smile, making the experience even more welcoming. I truly appreciated their assistance with my parcels, which made my stay convenient. The hotel itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained. the room gas water dispenser with different temperature settings. The communal table at the reception area, perfect for hanging out, enjoying takeout.

Clean room with intelligent controlled 小度. Bottled water are readily available and water purifier in room. Front desk staffs are helpful and service is good. Recommended!

Love this little boutique hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Staff helped us order supper from ** as we were using international lines and couldn't register. Booked the room with the huge jacuzzi but didn't manage to use it as it was too cold in the winter to soak in the bath. Room was smartly controlled by 小度. Hotel wasn't particularly centrally located ie not near any train stations, though it was walking distance to 春熙街 the shopping belt. There's a 24h convenient store, Chagee and cafe just across the hotel. No porter service, so it was a bit of a hassle to drag many pieces of luggage from the main drop off at the building all the way to the lift at the back of the building. Laundry service was good. Highly recommended.
