Rooms on The Prom

Fantastic room in centre of Cheltenham Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold but we sent a message to the number provided in the room and it was turned on so result!!! Wi-fi was also turned off in the morning but that wasn't an issue for us.

booked this hotel over 12 months in advance for my husbands 40th birthday. I booked the hotel in December 2023 and secured a price of £741 for 3 nights. In March 2024 (4 months later) the hotel contacted me to say unless I agreed to an increased price of £900 a night my room would be cancelled. I try to speak with them and open a complaint as my booking was made in good faith, they wouldn't even speak to me and cancelled my reservation. I have now been left out of pocket after booking tickets and making arrangments. Worst experience I have ever had - and has ruined my husbands birthday.

Stayed for a business trip, simple booking and check-in process. Comfortable room, good part of town, easy access to restaurants. When i go away i don't want complications and this was very effective. Would stay here again. Loved the part of Cheltenham, just what you need.
