The place is very run down, but to her credit, the manageress seems to be ding her best to turn the place around. Bedrooms very basic, pillows like a Frizzby. The pub downstairs was okay, drinks quite expensive for the surroundings. But for £55 for a room for 3 people what do you expect.

Outrageous, filthy, grim, depressing, I asked for a refund immediately. I could not stay there with my beautiful son. He was terrified. Outside there were people I wasn't comfortable with drinking and drugging. I am stunned that it's on ********** lasked for a refund before seeing the room. Then when they said no, tried to make it work, tried to be open minded. I was taken to a stinking tiny room with two filthy mismatched beds in it. A window that over hung the patio ( using that word loosely ) where people were doing goodness knows what below you. There was a shared squalid toilet and shower room. No 's from us. We sneaked out of the side door after having to battled our way out of it. It was jammed. And our room door looked like it had been broken into many times. The boy who showed us our room was nice enough. I tried to sit on the bed to collect my thoughts and was struck in the back by a beam the mattress was so thin. Was trying to be bright and cheery for my sons sake but I couldn't do it But you could tell that poor employee was used to dealing with disgruntled guests is a massive part of his job. " call head office, call management" he in toned. Nah you do NOT rob people by offering this hell hole to unsuspecting travellers.
