The location is excellent, right in town. We used the Mansley car park, which is well priced, so it meant a car free weekend.
The bathroom is very well appointed, with a great shower and sparkling clean. The kitchenette area was useful and the room size is spacious.
Downside, soundproofing between floors is not great and although they were not noisy, we could hear the people upstairs walking on the floor, their telephone conversations and were woken up by phone alarm (7:30 am Sunday).

Alas, this great little hotel is now part of a relatively poor chain and isn't the same. Gone is a website that just worked and has been replaced with one that is just cluttered with discount codes, which don't work when you enter them. Prices have soared, and now a minimum of two nights stay is required to reserve, which is not suitable for business trips. The excellent little car park at the end of the road is now an extra £25 per day. Having stayed here several times since it opened, I'll now be heading elsewhere.

Very easy access, great to have a nearby reserved parking space. Room was very comfortable with air con and a large screen tv. Centrally situated in Cheltenham, ideal for our day and night out! Cheaper than a taxi from home and back. Excellent!!!!!!

Fantastic stay -100 % would recommend
Great room . Very clean and really well decorated, modern and stylish . Very well looked after from start to finish . 100 % would stay there again and tell friends . Could not fault my stay.

Crescent Place is a wonderful oasis ideally situated in the heart of Cheltenham. The rooms are extremely well equipped, so as to ensure that your stay is a most pleasant one. Special features such as the heated bathroom floor and anti mist bathroom mirror, are touches that you don't find in your mainstream hotels. Alayna is the perfect host, providing all the information that you require, to ensure a seemless check-in. This was our second stay at Crescent Place and it certainly will not be our last. Need I say more!

I would like to applaud crescent place. The most beautiful decor, from tall ceilings, chandeliers, church windows and mezzanine bedroom, to the soft furnishings, amazing shower and underfloor bathroom heating. Perfectly located to central Cheltenham, walking distance to race course, bars, restaurants and shops, all on door step. Convenient, secure private parking. And most of all service, Alanya’s, personal attention to detail was unbelievable. Going that extra mile to make it really special. Thank you for a special stay. 10 stars from the Hoggs.

The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*

Exceptional stay. Great location, free parking worked amazing. This property blew us away. The facilities were high quality and the personal touches were so thoughtful. The property was spotless clean and easy to access with the keyless system. Communicating with the owner was seamless. We will definitely use again and will highly recommend.

This area was very convenient to everything. We were on the top floor 52 steps up. No lift. It wasn’t a problem for us but it may be for some. No contact entry was nice. Good communication.
