"We stayed one week in Odalys during the christmas holiday with a family of 5. + The place was very well located in opposite to the Super Chatel + Close to a lot of the restaurants / city center + Apartment had two bathrooms and a balcony + C building was quite - Amenities are very poor; 1 regular and 1 small towel per person for a week. Towel change is 5€ per towel. The same towels should be used for the pool. No kitchen towels only a paper cloth Only 1 dishwasher tablet No soap in the bathrooms/shower - The spa/wellness which is advertised on the website is only a steam cabine (9€ for 30min) So overall this is a ok place only not worth the 4 star rating. Plus it would be nice to know this beforehand because then we would have brought our own stuff."

"The front desk staff were very nice and the apartment was okay. The issues that we had were: - the WiFi was non-existent. None of us managed to connect all week and we were told that this was a problem with the exchange rather than the apartment block. This didn't ring true as we had friends in the village whose service was fine. So if you are with teens, expect a large data bill - take your own pillows. The pillows provided barely deserved the term “pillows”, being tiny and without shape or support - take your own towels; those provided had seen better days -showers; the flow was weak in both - hot water. At peak times, i.e. the morning and after skiing, we struggled to get hot water. I was told that this was due to demand. if you are going to build an apartment complex, one of your key services is hot water - oven. There were no instructions."

"Super convenient accommodation for a skiing holiday as it is directly opposite gondola and ski-hire shop but also close to shops, bars, restaurants. There are ski-lockers on site. 2-bed apartment was cosy and would be fine for a family of 3-4 or a group of friends of similar size planning to eat in most evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Odalys offer discounts on equipment and lift passes if you book direct with them. "

Söimme vain kerran ravintolassa, mutta hamburgeri oli yksi parhaista hamburgereista, joita olen koskaan saanut. ravintola näytti aina elävänä hyvän ilmapiirin kanssa. "This is a lovely complex with great Spa facilities . We had one bedroom apartment with three people staying . We had enough space but wouldn’t fancy having four . It’s 10-15 min walk up the road but you can get bus , it’s not as bad as people make out . Ski bus every 15 mins in the morning We used the bakery delivery which was lovely and fresh and sensibly priced"
