Wonderful stay
I had a wonderful stay with excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!"

Always perfect in Villa 3
Ik kan Vila 3 ten zeerste aanbevelen. De locatie, niet ver van strand 19 en dichtbij de snelweg, was perfect. Marco’s en Fernando waren altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met een gevarieerde selectie aan gerechte, inclusief “pasteis de nata”. We hebben genoten van onze verblijf en zouden we terugkomen in de toekomst.

Un hotel para disfrutar sin complejos.
A destacar la excelente disposicion del personal para atender al visitante.Marcos un relaciones publicas cercano,empatico que transmite energia positiva a loa huespedes.Magnifico desayuno.El hotel no esta cerca de restaurantes ni de la playa y es recomendable acceder en coche. Es un hotel diferente a lo habitual por tanto hay que estar dispuesto a disfrutar con respeto esa diferencia.

Way before we've arrived Marcus and the whole team ( Fernando/ Nando & Eddy) made us feel very comfortable upon some requests ( parking our car in their premises, booking massages, express breakfast, just to mention a few!) ! The weather could have been better but these days everything has change and there's nothing we can do about it ! Thankfully we've had an incredible time to restore batteries and keep our journey back home ! Highly recommended and will deffo return !

It's now 15 months later, and we are pleased to say that Villa 3 has maintained the very high standards that we appreciated over a year ago! Our overall continued impression of the Villa 3 experience is one that is consistent and exceptional, exceeding our expectations. The entire complex at Villa 3 is very well maintained, as if everything within has been recently groomed, trimmed, repainted, refurbished or replaced. The resort rooms at Villa 3 remain immaculately clean, and furnished with sturdy beds, comfortable mattresses and fresh linens that feel new. The entire team at Villa 3 continue to be welcoming, courteous, and respectful with all of their guests. There is a very friendly vibe at Villa 3. Expect to make new friends from their varied clientele of cuddly and playful men representing all different ages, shapes, sizes and colors. Will we return in the very near future to Villa 3? Absolutely! Why? Villa 3 Caparica has built a solid reputation whereby its guests can expect a consistent and exceptional experience.

The following may sound silly, but please "bear" with us and continue reading. We previously lived in California for over 20 years, and like most Californians, we went to Disneyland annually. Each visit to Disneyland was consistent and exceptional. The same is true with Villa 3. Both Disneyland and Villa 3 are well maintained. Both venues are very well maintained, as if everything within has been recently groomed, trimmed, repainted, refurbished or replaced. The resort rooms at both Disneyland and Villa 3 are immaculately clean, and furnished with sturdy beds, comfortable mattresses and fresh linens that feel new. Finally, the entire staff at both Disneyland and Villa 3 are courteous, respectful, and treat you like family. Disneyland has a solid reputation that its guests can expect a consistent and exceptional experience, and the same is also true with Villa 3 Caparica. ...and just like the many furry and playful bears at Disneyland's "Country Bear Jamboree" attraction, the cuddly guests at Villa 3 also come in all different ages, shapes, sizes and colors. But unlike Disneyland, Villa 3 is only for adults. Would we possibly ever return some day to Disneyland? Yes. Will we return in the very near future to Villa 3 Caparica? Absolutely!

Rarely in my life have I ever experienced such complete hospitality as I did staying here. I mean, unless I was in the home of a longtime friend or relative. I have struggled with finding the words to describe the actual experience. I am not sure the superlatives I identified will do Villa 3 justice. I fear I will fail in communicating how truly wonderful Villa 3 is and what a special experience it was for me to spend 6 nights. First off, 3 of the owners/hosts live on the property. This means they pay attention every minute of every day to the needs of their guests, making sure the staff is up to standards (which they are of course), making sure the property is spotless and in good order and repair (and it is). The property itself excels both in the design and execution. I was a little nervous about all the positive reviews posted here, but now there is no doubt in my mind that they were all well deserved. All the staff and hosts are terrific people and they treated more like family rather than a paying client. I just can't get over how great the whole experience was...
