Charming Gem
Absolutely lovely, heritage home! Donna makes you feel like you are at home with a wonderful hot breakfast. And if you have to leave early, she will pack you an excellent snack.
Beautiful location, close to many histroic sites in town.

The house is charming, and the hostess (Donna) very gracious. Breakfasts (homemade) were also excellent. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The garden is also lovely. It is a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Charlottetown, which is doable. (The only negative was climbing 4 sets of stairs to get to our room on the third floor.) Otherwise, great!

We had a lovely stay at this historic B&B. The house is very well-maintained and modern, the innkeeper engaging without being overbearing. It is about a half mile walk to town or a 5 min car ride.

The house itself is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the private balcony adjoining our room. Our host Donna made our stay enjoyable with her tour recommendations, her delicious breakfasts and the friendly atmosphere that she created.

We had such a lovey stay at Dawson house! Donna is very thoughtful and sweet, she is very welcoming, provided an excellent restaurant recommendation and made a delicious breakfast. We liked the room decor and the bed. The bed sheets were very comfy. The Dawson house has a sunning decor inside! It is kept very well. Don’t forget to try the pumpkin loaf!!

Excellent host,Donna.Excellent breakfast (she rotates 5 different breakfasts).Excellent location easy to get too from the airport Built in 1865 therefore slated ceilings in bedrooms( watch your head,)needs small refig in bedrooms
