Stay in a beautiful, historic home in your own sunny, second story apartment. The house is traditional brick dating to 1905 and lovingly restored and furnished with local antiques. Walk to Charlottesville's historic downtown Mall as well as downtown Belmont, and The University of Virginia. A five minute drive takes you to Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello and also nearby are a plethora of vineyards, breweries, the Shenandoah Mountains and other attractions of Charlottesville. We loved this cozy apartment within walking distance to the Mall area, the Saturday farmers market, and the cute area of Belmont with all of its restaurants. We only used the car for day trips to Shenandoah National Park to hike, Carter Family apple orchard, and King Family vineyard, all of which I would recommend. The neighborhood is a little transitional but felt safe. A great home base for exploring this great town

Wonderful property location and owners! We have stayed in a couple of their properties in C'ville and have always been delighted. There are so many things you can walk to from this location, you will feel like an insider.We will be buying a home here based on several stays with the property owners.

Fabulous home, Great location This was a beautiful apartment. It was very clean, well stocked and even included a welcome bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and the home is centrally located to downtown Charlottesville. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location to Downtown Mall Great place to stay if attending a concert at the Ting Pavilion. Close walking distance to the restaurants on the Downtown Mall. Clean and charming apartment. Monica was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Belmont Charmer Very clean! We appreciated having the apartment stocked with coffee for those of us who get up early. We loved the walking ability to the pedestrian mall as well as to all of the wonderful restaurants in Belmont. Would definitely stay here again!!
