Located in the historic Pine Point neighborhood, this cabin boasts modern amenities while blending into the forest, letting you enjoy the relaxing pace of "Lake Life". You're only a short walk from the neighborhood sandy beach, and only minutes by car or bike to downtown Charlevoix! Make yourself at home! Upstairs you'll find two queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom with private bathroom, a second bathroom, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. In the walkout basement there is a queen bedroom, two twin daybeds in the family room, and a bathroom. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, connected to the home's WiFi. With three bathrooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family! Outdoors, you can BBQ, enjoy the screened in porch, play corn hole in the spacious front yard, and roast marshmallows around the fire pit. You'll have the whole house to yourself, including two driveways with space for four cars. The right side of the garage is available for your use as well, and provides ramp (no-step) access to the main level of the house.
