THE SPACE
Our downstairs 2-story apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, has been recently renovated and refurbished and has a bright, transitional style interior. Throughout the property, you will find large porches, trendy furniture atop hardwood floors, stylish décor, and top-of-the-line appliances- making it the picture-perfect home away from home.

The property features:
A spacious living room. After walking up the stairs to the large front porch and through the entryway, guests will enter the open living room area. This bright space features a 3-seat couch, two arm chairs, two side tables with lamps, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with cable television, NFL Package included! Amidst the open space sits a large dining table with four modern dining chairs, as well as two barstools, making it the ultimate space to gather, converse, and unwind after a long day exploring Charleston.
A fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen area, which is open to the living room, comes fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, standard-sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, a dishwasher, toaster, and all of your kitchen needs. In the hallway closet you will also find a fully functional washer and dryer.
THREE BEDROOMS and TWO FULL BATHS. On the first floor, you will find one full bath and one bedroom. The bathroom features new countertops, fixtures, tile, and a full bath/shower. The large bedroom is located at the end of the hallway on the first floor and features a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, a ceiling fan, dresser, and a closet. Access the shared back porch area from this master bedroom. On the second floor, you will find the other two bedrooms and full bathroom. The first bedroom includes two queen-sized beds, bedside tables, lamps, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and closet. The full bathroom, located in the hallway, features new countertops, his and hers sinks, tile, and a full bathtub/shower. The third bedroom is located at the end of the hall on the front side of the house. It features a queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, lamps, a ceiling fan, and a closet.
Large porches. The front porch and the second-story balcony are perfect for enjoying a cocktail at sunset or sweet tea in a rocking chair while you “people watch”. Access the second-floor balcony at the end of the hallway.
Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor and the front half of the 2nd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.
You can pull your car off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. *

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
