It was very dirty. The bed was clean and that’s all we needed for the evening. It was late when we stopped and just needed a hotel until we got going in the morning

When i checked in they insisted the price was wrong and that i could not have the room i selected and paid for on *******. I was suppose to have a jetted tub l. Have switched rooms but the entire hotel does not have hot water. I paid for the room and it is non refundable. So now im stuck in a regular room that i way over paid for watching cockroaches crawl all over the place and could only take an i e cold shower. No slightly warm water just straight cold. This is the most unpleasant unresolved stay ive had at any hotel.

We always stay at the Best Western when we come to visit our home town which is quite often and it’s always so clean and the staff is also very friendly to us any time and go out of there way to help us in any way they can I would definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try! Also the beds are super comfortable you will sleep like you are in your own bed! That’s a plus right there!!! It’s also the cheapest too!

Property is ready to fall apart with the outside having rotten wood. And there were ROACHES in our room. The front desk lady and her brother were very nice.

generally felt unsafe. cockroaches in room, holes in walls, peephole shattered, fur covering the toilet, reeked of smoke although it was a nonsmoking room. singes and blood on the sheets, dents in the door. building was dilapidated and creepy, but in a terrible spot so it’s hard to find. don’t believe the photos, they’re at least a decade old. the lady at the desk was very nice though, she offered another room but it just wasn’t worth the risk.
