"Halusin varata tämän lomakeskuksen valtavan positiivisten arvostelujen vuoksi, erityisesti henkilökunnan ystävällisyyden osalta. Yritettyäni varata olen huomannut, että henkilökunta on kaikkea muuta kuin ystävällistä. Tarvitsin kuusi yötä, mutta en löytänyt vapaita huoneita yhteen, mutta onneksi löysin kolme yötä yhteen huoneeseen ja kolme yötä toiseen. Varasin huoneen suoraan hotellin verkkosivujen kautta ja sain vahvistuksen varauksestani. Kun se oli tehty, varasin lennot. Pari tuntia myöhemmin sain sähköpostin, jossa ilmoitettiin varaukseni hylätyksi. Syytä ei ollut selitetty, joten lähetin sähköpostia ja kysyin miksi. He sanoivat, että varaus hylättiin, koska vapaita huoneita ei ollut. Kysyin, miten tämä oli mahdollista, koska olin varannut huoneen suoraan heidän verkkosivujensa kautta. Sain seuraavan vastauksen: Todennäköisesti kyseessä on järjestelmävirhe, en osaa sanoa syytä, mikään ei ole täydellistä. Tarkoitanko oikeasti? Se ei ole vain epäammattimaista, vaan myös töykeää. Selitin, että olin varannut lennot tämän varauksen perusteella ja lähetin heille kopiot heidän lähettämistään varausvahvistuksista. He eivät vaivautuneet vastaamaan. En voi uskoa, että heillä on niin vihamielinen asenne potentiaalisia asiakkaita kohtaan. Jos tällainen epäjärjestyksen taso on heille tyypillistä, luulen, että sinun kannattaa harkita varausta uudelleen, varsinkin kun he eivät ole osoittaneet anteeksipyyntöä tai vastuullisuutta. Varaa omalla vastuullasi."

"Uima-alalla on niin kaunis, sitruunapuut ja muut kauniit lehdet takapihalle vaaleankiven rakennukset hotelli. Varasimme perhehuone, joka koostuu kahdesta yhteenliitännäisistä makuuhuoneista. Meidän ei- uudistettu ja kylpyhuoneet todennäköisesti osoittaa ikänsä hieman, mutta me todella piti siitä; korkeat katot, suuret puuovit ja shutters, yhdessä kivi rajat ikkunoille ja oville. Monet luonnetta ja se oli suuri arvo. Olisimme jääneet tänne taas yksin uima-allastuolin takia."

"We booked a 5-night stay but left after one night due to the lack of air conditioning and mosquito nets/screens in the bedroom. We had to sleep with the windows closed and the bedroom door open to get cool air from the unit installed in the kitchen. The hotel is rated 2 stars, and the manager deemed one air conditioning unit sufficient for a two-room apartment. We still had to pay for two nights due to the contract cancellation terms. In August, a partially air-conditioned apartment is quite inconvenient, and leaving immediately does not constitute a violation of the contract from the customer's end. This reflects poor service delivery from the hotel owner. I would not recommend this hotel to those who cannot tolerate the heat."

"This is the most difficult rating I’ve ever done. The outside of the hotel and the grounds and the pool were pristine and modern. It looks like it would be a really fun place to hang out in the summer. But our room #2 was straight from a 1950’s New York tenement. There were twin beds that were literally sleeping on springs. No mattress, no mattress pad , just springs. This was a new experience and one I don’t want to repeat. The owners were very nice. And I can only hope they intend to bring the room quality up to the same quality as the exterior. There was no hand or bath soap but when we asked for it, they were happy to oblige. So I can only assume the maid just forgot. Pretty much everything in the room was old and run down. When we pulled down the bedspread, it was stained. The interior was the complete opposite of the exterior. I don’t use the coffee in the rooms but I’ve noticed it’s always there except at this hotel. I’m trying hard to think of good things about the room. There was a hair dryer and I’m assuming it worked though I didn’t try as I really didn’t want to touch anything I didn’t have to. There was a tiny safe but it wouldn’t fit computers. There were plenty of places to set your luggage. The view from the balcony was fantastic. There is no screen door so you can’t keep the door open at night so you need to run the A/C all night to stay cool. We’re normally awake until midnight but we went to sleep at 9 hoping to forget about our surroundings as soon as possible. The room might have been clean but it was so worn that I really couldn’t tell. Sleeping was quiet until the rooster started crowing about an hour before dawn."
