Great location in beautiful Old Town Chania, which has been by far, the best Old Town we've stayed in. However, the check-in process could be better. Once you have found your accommodation, you are met with a sign, with an arrow, saying to go to another location to check-in. After a very big day of travelling to get there, that's the last thing you need is to go traipsing elsewhere with all your luggage and back again. The room looked good but it was very small, with a hole/ depression under the vinyl flooring. The room above was very noisy when the occupants walked about in their room. No fresh towels on day two. When we asked to use an iron, one was not available.

This hotel has a great location, very nice room, and a huge bed. The price is not cheap or super expensive but rather somewhere in between. The thing I didn't like was that the reception was physically far away from the actual hotel rather than downstairs like most hotels. The hotel reception is a group that represents multiple hotels in the area so getting in contact with them to express any concern can be a bit frustrating. The bathroom is very clean, new, and the room is also big. The internet connection is also great.

Great location, easy to get to from the public bus station. Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t the best as there was zero sound proofing - I could hear everything the upstairs room was doing (which lasted until around 3am). A real shame because otherwise this is a brilliant property, but I barely slept during my stay.

Très belle expérience, l’accueil a été parfait, les chambres se trouvent à 2-3min de la réception j’ai été accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. Le Monsieur de l’accueil a même proposé de porter ma valise la chambre n’est pas de toute jeunesse mais elle est très grande et joliment décoré. La salle de bain est un peu humide mais très bien équipé, il y’a même un bidet. La chambre à la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un déshumidificateur d’air. Les prises sont en suffisance et à des endroits stratégiques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais c’est un détails. Le petit déjeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable. Le plus c’est très clairement l’accueil et le personnel les gens sont absolument adorable, à l’écoute, on m’a recommandé les restaurant alentour à privilégier et ceux à éviter et l’emplacement est top la rue est calme mais à proximité de tout!

Great place Everything was amazing. Definitely recommend it. It might just a bit noisy at night as its located close to bars/restaurant.

The shower was excellent. The room was comfortable. The location in the old town was charming and easy to walk everywhere. We were quite happy with the property.

Overall, I really liked this hotel. I thought it was very conveniently placed. It was near a lot of nice restaurants and shops. I do wish I was given instructions before check in because we had to go to a building a short walk away to check in but we had to call someone to figure that out. Also, it says the rooms are sound proof but it was a little noisy and our room was right there next to the street. You could hear everyone on the streets and people walking in the room above you. I still thought it was a very cute room and loved that they provided things like shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, etc.

24 hour reception NOT at the room. We loved it! Note: The Eλία / Elia Reception in Chania is not always were the rooms are! The Reception is on a little alley just behind, but parallel, to the harbour side. Super nice reception staff! Elia (Eλία) have rooms in different places in the quite ritzy little alleys behind Chania Old Port. So we did quite a bit of wandering the tiny narrow, but safe and full of tourists, alleys until we found the 24 hour Reception. Kinda fun and a good vibe, seek and you will find! Our room had its entrance door right on an alley on the ground floor. It had a high beamed ceiling and made us feel like humble but very comfortable Venetian merchants. Noting that Chania Old Port is Venetian. Pity we are not ship owners with very rich cargos! But, we certainly slept like royalty on ultra comfortable beds - splitting a double. Super comfy, great TV, and stunning being in the ultra beautiful old city centre with hundreds of restaurants and endless live music. Fab!

Gorgeous area. Very good and quick service. Receptionists speak english very well (very helpful for english tourists). Room was lovely and clean and air con works a treat. Hot tub was a lovely little add-on touch.

The location was very nice, right in the heart of the old town, but the accommodation was still quiet at night. Our room got cleaned every day. The jacuzzi was fully functional. The breakfast was really good, the local specialty pastries were amazing. Staff were very helpful, they sorted out airport transfers and car rentals for us.
