非常滿意。雖然不是很新的酒店，但是乾淨。位置很好，對面有收費停車場，但是我們停在路邊也沒問題。房間面積也可以，而且酒店的服務人員都很有耐心很熱情，酒店送了蛋糕和幹白在房間裏，並且有另外的贈飲可在餐廳使用，早餐也很不錯，房價合理，性價比高。

酒店作為四星評級，名置實歸。大堂和二樓餐廳都很漂亮，裝修典雅空間高郎。房間也不錯。22平米也基本符合。床具被套都很舒服。早餐很好，品種較多，服務非常棒，紅茶是一人一個茶壼開水，一套杯具，送茶上座，咖啡也送上桌。餐桌是兩層桌布，漂熨得挺括。這種服務應該是五星級酒店玩的，可卡頓酒店也給你做到了，這很了不起。早到和退房之後的行李寄存也很周到。前台服務非常細緻熱情，耐心回答諮詢的問題。位置挺好，正對着幹尼亞一個古建築的大門，（該建築正在重新蓋房頂，可能會是一個旅遊品中心）去老城衹有2～300米，非常方便。入住兩天，價有所值。 唯一值得改進的是抽紙被安放在洗臉盆下方，不仔細找是找不到的。建議簡單地放在房間桌子上即可。見圖11。 設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：非常好

位置很好，距離老城很近。裝修簡約（簡陋）

酒店服務很好，會幫你預約第二天的士去機場早班機。位置很好，前面走300米就到幹尼亞最熱鬧的老城廣場和港口。

酒店設施齊全，乾淨整潔，服務專業熱情，房間明亮隔音好。早餐非常好，位置優越。驚喜地收到了生日蛋糕！非常值得推薦的四星酒店

到海邊，老城都很方便，服務不錯

Located in city centre, opposite to the old market which is now still under reconstruction. Walking distance to the old town and the Venetian harbour. Warm and helping hotel people.

Hotel muy cerca del puerto. La habitación cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La cama y almohadas son muy cómodas, aunque eso es para gustos. En definitiva, todo genial salvo que el día que quisimos aparcar el coche el parking estaba lleno.

The hotel is in the middle of the Chania with really polite and helpful staff. The room was very clean and everything was functioning well. Absolutely, value for money!

For the third time in Keydon! We now why..... Keydon is really verry verry good.......We feel home in this hotel. This time we booked a n executive suite old town view, SUPER !! Entrance space, separate sitting room with soa/bed, complete business desk and 48" tv , a master bedroom with exellent bed an also a sofa. smart 70" tv etc... on the floor wood parket. Further 2 private balconys one town view the other on side street. The first time we came we booked a superior toom od town view, second time the junior suite old town view. Both were exellent!

Excellent stay, all the staff put their whole heart into making one feel welcome (and the Club Sandwich is fantastic)

Being there for the 8th time speaks for itself. We just love the hotel and lost our heart at Chania. Super location, near the old town and harbour, near the busstation to go to the beaches...................SUPER

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff all very polite, helpful and friendly. Great position near to old town and harbour. Room very nice, air conditioning and wonderful bed. Quiet at night. Great breakfast. Welcome drink. Will definitely return.
