Not a 4-star hotel, terrible customer service
I booked a luxury apartment for first night and upon arrival the receptionist told me that hotel is overbooked and they can not give me luxury apartment and I will only get a classic apartment!!
Since I am a light sleeper, a week before my stay I asked for a quiet room. Despite my request, they gave me a very noisy room facing a busy street that buses, motorcycles and cars passes all day! Their rooms are not sound proof at all! Originally I booked 4-nights, and after having one sleepless night, I decided to have early check out and I asked for a refund for the remaining of the night and they only refunded half of my money for the last 3 nights despite not being able to give me the type of room that I booked and being able to accommodate my request for a quiet room!
This hotel is not a 4-star hotel! Their rooms, lobby and customer service is not like a 4-star hotel. I stayed in more than 15 hotel all over Europe in last 4 years and never faced these issues in any other hotel!
