"My stay was just okay. First off, I was upgraded to a deluxe double business suite, but the entire suite only had two outlets, both in the corners of the room, and none by the bedside. The fridge and water heater shared a single plug, meaning I could only use one appliance at a time, and the other just sat there as a decoration. In the bedroom, the TV cable dangling from under the vanity looked quite alarming, unsafe, and a real safety hazard. Also, the hygiene was seriously lacking. On our first day, we found a used toothbrush wrapped in the anti-slip mat, and during my shower, a used dental floss pick washed out from the base of the wall. This is just too unsanitary. Finally, for a 'deluxe business suite,' you'd expect some basic amenities, but the room was completely bare. It was so clean it didn't even look like a business suite. Pretty disappointing."
