This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in my entire life not only did they have bugs but no hot water and they even kept my deposit and said I had people in my room which I never had nobody in my room they are lying they're a bunch of lying pieces of s*** do not here

Very very very horrible the older lady was very abusive me and cousin was working here out of town wasn’t accustomed to the area so we chose to stay here we was working night shift so we got up went to go pay for the room the lady was rep disrespectful told us we had about 5 minutes to get our stuff out or she was gone call the police after we offered to pay the late fee I also had to get my stuff out the room sit it outside then load it into my car to keep her from calling the cops I advise no one to ever deal with this place I promise u gone regret it

Stay far away from this place if you are brown or part of the LGBTQ community. Staff yelled at us to leave the apartment room that we booked for 2 people. They claimed we "lied to them", saying that we only booked for 1 person - even though we showed them that we had an email confirmation that said we booked for 2 people. My partner had asked for 1 extra towel, and the front desk lady literally marched to our room to go and check how many towels we had. They were about to barge into our room while I was using the bathroom - and that's when they found out that we were a group of 2 people, and they just lost their mind and called us slurs, telling us we had to leave. We've never experienced that level of hostility. It was completely unnecessary and a terrible experience. I was livid. I've seen a lot of other similar reviews, this place should be shut down. I'm honestly glad we didn't stay because I also saw that other reviews found bed bugs. I'll need to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, because they refused to refund us, even though they did not service us whatsoever. Part of me feels bad for the staff, because I truly believe they 100% have mental health issues, no one should be treated the way we were - especially a customer.

Save your money and do not book here it’s a roach motel the room I’m in is Interested with roaches, the tv doesn’t work and there is no wifi signal. The females that work in the office are very rude and ghetto I was told to go to goodwill and buy a blue ray player and dvds to watch tv I paid $525 for a week of this nasty place I bought a pizza sat it on the counter for not even a min and had roaches trying to crawl all over my food it smells like mildew and sewer because of plumbing issues that caused my bathroom to flood while I was at work. There is nothing but drug ******* here and I had a homeless guy sleeping behind the building next to my room window the workers are very rude and have no consideration for there customers I got yelled at and hung up on because I asked to be moved to another room. So this Fiona looking lady Amanda got really rude and ghetto with me all because I asked to switch rooms and get what I paid for I had to clean and sanitize my room because these dirty animals don’t know what clean is. I have asthma and allergies and told them this room is causing me to have asthma attacks and allergic reactions to the filth that’s in this room and yet I get told I can stay here until my stay is over because I was rude and I didn’t show up at 12pm when I specifically told the rude ghetto animal that I have a job and had to be at work. But because they all live on property they feel as if it’s ok to treat customers like garbage. Apparently they were raised to be trashy nasty rude animals they are not even people because humans don’t treat people the way I have been treated. But I will be personally calling the better business bureau and the Arizona department of health services and report this place because no human nor animal should have to stay in a trashy place under these conditions. I will honestly say please save your money and stay elsewhere. I mean these females that live here are so rude and trashy that my pair of Jordan’s that I have on probably costs more then everything they own. Very very very worst place to stay even the prisons are cleaner then these rooms.

SCAMMERS HORRIBLE PLACE do not stay here!!!!!! This place deserves no stars and needs new employees.. Rudest people i have ever met in my life (NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AT ALL) Ran by ******* the place is Filthy. Maid service was never seen.. tubs back up, toilets leak the tv has an antenna(for $85.00+ a night) ICEING ON THE CAKE they will charge you for towels to clean up the leaks.....(THE SCAM) - if u don't make sure to get a receipt the ******* in the front will check you in then as soon as they see you leave the room they turn your room key off and lock you out, trying to get more money or they take your stuff. The employees all work together to scam people the lady in front even stated oh this happens all the time as she was a ring leader of the scam DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND THINGS TAKEN

Horrible, scary, filthy dirty place crawling with roaches, ******* and *******. No refunds allowed. RUDE office staff, noisy, holes in the bedding. I slept with one eye open. Leaky sink, deadbolt did not work. Save your sanity and avoid this place.
