The hotel is average, with friendly staff, but the management is disappointing. Two good things about the hotel are the laundry and the breakfast quality and staff. However, beware of Mike D, the hotel's sales "director". He is not only condescending but also unprofessional and dismissive. His attitude creates a hostile environment that can ruin anyone's stay. If you encounter, it's best to steer clear, not worth anyone's time. Avoiding him will help you have a more tolerable experience at this hotel.

The only downfall was the location of the elevator to get to your room. Was located on the side with its own entrance and which at night was a little sketchy. No signs to the entrance. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would plan a revisit

I stay regularly in Chandler for business and so far this hotel is my new fave. Very clean, modern, friendly and attentive staff, and the rooms are conforttable and spacious. it is right off the interstate but there was no noise in the room. also, food nearby.

Stayed here a lot and the hotel is very clean, has everything you need for business and leisure stays. Always super clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and have plenty of space and the bar area is nice with views of the pool. Has a nice patio as well to relax outside if you want.

This hotel was in a somewhat odd location, but the hotel itself was nice. Check in was easy, and I got a room upgrade as a Diamond member. The bed was super comfortable and had a great down comforter. It was odd though because it did make a really strange thumping noise when I just made the slightest moves. The rooms were quiet. The only noise I heard was a tiny bit from the pool, but that ended when the pool closed around 10pm. The bathroom was bright and had a nice walk in shower and decent counter space. Breakfast was good and the people working were super nice. My coworker and I spent some time at the pool and it was a little dirty, but the temperature was great and it was nice and quiet when we were there.

Overall, I wasn't very satisfied with my stay. There were a few good aspects, such as the friendly and enthusiastic service staff, including the African American woman at the front desk, the young man who helped me check out in the morning, and the housekeeping staff. I really felt their kindness and warmth and cheered for them. The lobby's design was very nice, and there was ample free parking. However, there were several negative points. The bed quality in the room (X29) I stayed in was very poor. The bed made loud creaking noises, and it felt like the bed board was going to collapse. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was inadequate. I could hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout my stay. The hallway ceilings were low, giving a feeling of oppression, and the elevator did not require a key card, allowing anyone to access any floor, which made me feel slightly unsafe.

It's probably the nicest hotel in the vicinity, new, clean, if a bit too stark and mod for my taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But it has a ways to go to be a high-quality hotel. No comfortable seating, even in the suites. Nice big towels that seem inviting until you use them and discover they feel like they were made from sandpaper. There is a restaurant, I suppose you could call it. Very pleasant and accommodating staff, but at least at breakfast there is a very limited choice of heat-and-serve items. They only cook the eggs (and maybe the pancakes) there - everything else, including omelets, they open a package and heat it. And then there is the "on demand" housekeeping, which seems to be becoming the industry standard. In principle I think that's a good idea -- less wasted labor and washing. But they did nothing to accommodate the change to that mode. I'm happy to reuse my towels, but where am I to put them to dry? There are no towel racks. There is a nice little two-cup coffee maker, but they only provide one day's supply of coffee and fixings, and one set of paper cups. What are you supposed to do for the next day other than call for daily housekeeping? Come on, Double Tree, if you want to go to on-demand housekeeping, do what's necessary to make it work.

Fantastic hotel all round. As HH gold members we were upgraded to a suite and received $30 a day dining credit which we used in the shop and for cold drinks. The suite was comfortable and overlooked the pool. It was spring training so the hotel was busy from 3pm and due to the position not many sun beds were in the direct sun at this time of day in spring. Pool was heated and always lots of towels available. Parking was free and plentiful. Close to the main highway and some good places to eat locally. Would definitely stay again if in Pheonix

Great hotel for business traveler. Clean, bright, right off the highway, and great breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar. Even get a fresh baked cookie when you arrive!!!! Only issue was the air conditioning seemed to be a little sporadic… felt hot until the air would kick on, then cool down. This would cycle all night long. Nice gym and pool too, but I didn’t use them.
