Motel 6 Chandler, AZ

Whether it is Trip.com error for having 2pm check in or the hotel saying check is 3pm, we arrived about 210 and there were rooms ready. We however were given a room that was not. We were excited to see 2pm check in on Trip.com because we had flown overnight from Hawaii and wanted to shower before a concert. We stood outside for 20 minutes. Also there we small bugs always flying around the sink. When asked we got "oh yeah they are everywhere.

I don’t recommend this place to nobody and the main reason is the workers and manager and the whole business is shady especially Emily. I uploaded pictures of this manager talking about her staff and guests. I should upload what she said about the owner and his wife. Also motel has roaches and they sometimes use dirty sheets.

We arrived around 20:30 and got two rooms (4 people). Everything looked fine from the front side, there was a nice swimming pool and big parking space. When we opened the rooms, both the rooms were the dirtiest I have ever seen. But because we had already paid 85.98 for each room, we didn't have much choice. Everything in the rooms was terrible, the sink was broken and badly glued together, it looked as if something had died in the refrigerator and we couldn't lock the door because the safety was broken. Other things were also not ok, the fire alarm was inside the tv box and the box it self was broken. Also, the dust in the window was thick enough to write in it and the towels had black spots in them. Both the rooms looked like bad motel rooms in bad American movies and I will never, never recommend this Motel. This was a terrible experience and after almost no sleep, we left early, covered with bites from something and feeling dirty from using the bead sheets. I do not have strong enough words to describe how terrible this was!
