The stay was fine but room were not as expected. The staff was not there. And the person was not supportive

Room was not properly clean and bedsheets were not washed. Staff was supported with guests. No water provided by the staff when guests came.

I booked my hotel room by make my trip in chandigarh, but when i arrived in this hotel they said we can’t give ac room you have to pay 400 more in cash. I don’t know what going on but they charge more money.
