Thanks a lot to Melissa on reception!! I came to hear to the reception in the middle of the night because my room was quite noisy. I guess because it was under the restaurant. So she solved my problem immediately she offered me upgrade for bigger room with nice Mont Blanc view instead of my regular room. Upgrade in the middle of the night just because small inconvenience. I travel a lot, but never experienced so helpful stuff. She also provides me a lot of useful information about the aria, activities and all of that.  Hotel is real good. It has one of the best view in Chamonix. Perfect location.  Clean cozy rooms.  breakfast is quite good. Food was fresh. Even the smoked salmon and ham was really fresh. The view from the restaurant 11 from 10! Spa is good. Not big, but they control the occupancy. Just 30€ day parking was not so good)

Cool modern chic hotel in a convenient location in town

It’s quite far from the station. Almost the end of the main shopping street. There is ski bus in front and at the back of the hotel. Savoy is walking distance. Staffs are very nice to introduce me ski resort and help me booked an ski instructor. Breakfast is nice with beautiful view

정말 최고의 뷰 호텔입니다 !! 위치도 정말 체고 !!! 관광지 어디든 10분컷 가능한 위치👍🏻👍🏻 그리고 토욜엔 호텔 앞에 마켓이 열려요 방도 넓직넓직하고 조식도 맛있어요~!

Additionally, the hotel provides a complimentary train pass for visiting nearby towns, adding a lot of value and convenience. Overall, the Alpina Eclectic Hotel offers excellent amenities, views, and transport options, making it a fantastic choice for a Chamonix stay.

但在trip.com 訂的房型是高級房mont-blanc 景觀房，與高級房山景房有所分別。當詢問酒店職員時，高級房型房間只分向山及及不向山，而向山並沒有分山景及mont-blanc view。結果，我的所間是向山，但幾乎要將頭申出露台才勉強看到mont-blanc 景觀。這對於所訂房間的描述並不符合。 酒店離鐵路也近，向山的的景觀不錯，早餐豐富

The hotel is excellent, with friendly staff and a perfect location. I believe it offers the best views of the mountains, city, and river in the village. My only concern is the cleanliness; it could be improved. The overall cleanliness is about a 7/10, as there is visible dust in the corners and some dirt. Other than that, I absolutely love the hotel.
