Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chambersburg, PA

The staff is excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Quite day and night, many things in the area to see and do. Safe area, excellent lighting with ample parking available. Breakfast has variety of foods and tasty fresh. A special thanks to Alicia Rininger and her son for making our stay enjoyable. You and your entire staff made us feel at home, we literally felt like family during our stay.

My husband & I have stayed at the Chambersburg location a few nights and had nothing but an amazing experience! A big thank you to the manager Alicia, for going above and beyond in many ways, helping us and really making us feel comfortable! She’s definitely one of the kindest managers I’ve ever met, and just a really nice person in general. The cleaning ladies were also amazing & very nice. They stayed on top of anything you needed! It’s really nice staying somewhere where the manager and workers are friendly, kind, have compassion and treat you like a human. I definitely recommend this place to anyone & will be staying again when in the area!!

Nice "3ish star" like hotel. Nothing over the top fancy that stands out, but not a dive hotel either. The check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean but a tad dated, breakfast choices were so-so, room had a mini fridge (and worked), and TV sits on the dresser (which is too low to see from the bed), bathroom was a decent size. Nice indoor pool (and hot tub) for relaxing. If you are looking for a fairly priced "average" night's stay, this is the perfect spot.

This hotel is certainly not up to the standards of other country inns we have stayed at; it. is aging and old.Rugging is old everywhere including the rooms.Bathrooms are just old although with a minimum of some kind of upgrading. It is off our list of hotels we willbook on our way to from Florida

Went to states PIAA track meet. Needed handicap room. First phone call was no help, he was a new guy but was told to call back and talk to Alicia. I did and Alicia Rininzer was the best in helping us. I can not thank her enough. She went out of her way to help us, and that is hard to find employees that do that, and she did. The room was clean, and everything went great. From check in to check out. Thank you again Alicia, we booked our room for next year, can't wait to see you then.

Goodbye Country Inn and Suites! No welcome cookies, a below-average continental breakfast, lukewarm water for tea or instant decaf, confusion on check-in. Nothing like any of the other Country Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at. I won’t be back.

Stayed one night on our way south - easy access to I81 and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We were very happy with this place. Room was nice, staff was great, and breakfast buffet offered many options (waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice).

The hotel was very clean, and staff was incredibly nice. The room was well maintained, the beds are comfortable, i really enjoyed the access to the pool. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Chambersburg. It’s close to many restaurants as well as Target.

They falsely advertise their full hot breakfast and only offer a waffle maker and fruit and juice which is a continental breakfast. The owner laughed us off with the ridiculous statement that covid changed everything. It's 3 years later. Come on. Then - we had no hangers in closet which they also laughed at as well as long black hairs in our toilet and sink...again...laughing. we then pointed out our smoke detector in room was wrapped in a plastic bag ... I guess so someone could smoke in room. Very disappointed with being deceived.
