We stayed for 2 nights. Location is not at all convenient for Senior Citizens. No attached restaurant or food joints immediate nearby. It is old property. It’s very difficult if one has heavy luggage. I sincerely request MakeMyTrip to visit and audit this place for accessibility. Service by the room boy (Sunny) was good and prompt. Hotel does not have Reception, Garden, Dining Area, etc. I don’t want to earn points by posting photos as there’s none.

Not stayed have to cancel plan due to some unavoidable reasons but money not refunded. It is not good

Place is to far from height. I conform from hotel management that we need balcony. But they didn't. No towel. No soap
