Again, be aware, we do not tolerate large, loud drinking parties in the backyard, it is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and this behavior will get you a fine. All towels and bedding are included. The kitchen and baths include basics such as soap (hand and dish), toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.
