We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.- There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat for a short term. Log cabins are known for their excellent insulation properties, naturally keeping the cabin cooler in the summer. Our log home is large with 35-foot ceilings. It can feel drafty at times and when the temperatures drop the furnaces have a hard time keeping up.
