It has been recently updated and ready for you! We pride ourselves for an exceptionally clean accommodation. There are basic kitchen essentials, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, charcoal grill, 2 queen size beds with toppers, Smart TV, DVD player, Tons of movies, games, books, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full bath with tub and shower, front porch, and easy access to the highway.We are minutes from 2 River concessioners! Marshall is also only 15 minutes away with groceries and local restaurants! FYI - We are a dry county, so stock up on your way with your favorite beverages. We also love hosting group events! It is complete with firepit, ceiling fans, and LED lighting! The cabin is located within driving distance to many great adventures. It is located right off Hwy 65 in St. Joe, AR (middle section of Buffalo- which is usually floatable majority of summer). It is 2.8 miles from HWY 374 which takes you to BakerFord and Woolum access points of the Buffalo National River. Float the day away or hike a nearby trail. Try out the Kenda Drive In Theater in Marshall. There are many unique places close by that are well worth visiting- restaurants, flea markets, etc. Branson, MO and Mountain View, AR are both one hour away. Eureka Springs is 1.5 hours away. At the end of the day, after all your adventures come back to the cabin to relax. The open floor plan allows everyone to spend quality time together whether in the kitchen cooking or taking it easy in the living room. The cabin’s decor gives it a cozy feel. It comes fully equipped with all the necessities to make it feel like home away from home. It includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker that has both carafe and k-cup, bed and bath linens, all the kitchen basics, a charcoal grill, and TV’s with Dish Network. It has a bunk room that has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds (top bunks should only have one person and no one under the ago of 6 years old on top bunk). Use bunk beds at your own risk. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft overlooking the living room. The loft has 2 twin size beds. The cabin has 2 full bathrooms. The living room has a large sectional. There is an additional lounging area with a sofa. We have two tables for dining. One table has 8 chairs and the other table has 4 chairs. The cabin has a covered front porch. There is a fire pit with chairs and a picnic table outside. We have a number of board and card games available. Wake up and look out the windows to possibly catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. Another cabin (Simply Buffalo) which sleeps 10 is located on the property about 100 yards away. It may also be available for rental if needed. -Absolutely No pets allowed or tolerated for any reason. -A motion detector security camera is located on the front porch facing the front door.
