Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine! The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Though the space is small, it has all you need for a getaway. The cabin has a small fridge, microwave, tv with streaming (no cable). Wi-Fi included. Two people can spend the morning sipping coffee on the porch rocking chairs. There are fresh towels and linens provided for two people.The site also has another tiny home available for rent. It may or may not be occupied so please be courteous. Both cabins are recently finished with all new appliances and finishes.For the safety of the owner and guests, the outside parking areas and driveways are monitored by security cameras.Guest accessThe entire cabin is available for guests to access. The cabin has its own entrance but shares a driveway and parking areas with another tiny home on site. The split unit located inside the cabin controls the temperature throughout the cabin. There is a remote located in the drawers under the TV.Other things to noteNo key is provided to enter your cabin. You will be provided an access code and the door has a key pad. You will input your code when coming and going from the cabin. The ceiling fan and lights are also controlled by a remote located inside the door. 1 bedroom cabin 2 miles from GTO bait shop and Brown’s Creek boat ramp. The cabin sits on my property. I am a General Manager for a major Hotel Chain. I live in the house next door and I promise you a clean comfortable stay. The cabin offers you plenty of privacy. I furnish linens and will change them every 3 days if requested. It is equipped with 1 full size bed in the bedroom, a pullout sofa bed in the living area, dorm sized fridge/freezer, microwave, shower (no bathtub), HD tv with a Roku and Spectrum cable, WiFi coffeemaker . You can park your boat at the cabin or pull in to my driveway, which is directly beside it, to plug in your boat. I keep an extension cord on the left side for guests to use. The entire property is surrounded by multiple ADT security systems so you can rest and enjoy your stay without worrying about your belongings. This cabin isn’t the definition of luxury by any means but it is comfortable and it’s perfect for anyone wanting to stay in a safe area while they explore North Alabama or just come and fish the lake. Baker House is a beautiful cabin conveniently located mid way between Guntersville and Scottsboro. It sits directly across the street from Lake Guntersville and offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. As you enter the cabin, you'll get a very strong unlimited free WIFI signal and find the large multi-use room which serves as the second bedroom. Here you'll find 2 twin beds, a comfy leather sofa, 2 recliners and a 48" HDTV powered by DirecTV. Exiting this room, you enter the open concept dining and kitchen area which seats up to six with a dining table and chairs plus casual seating at the counter top bar.
