The Ava Haus Cabin is located just 2.2 miles west of downtown Fredericksburg on US Highway 290. The Cabin is approximately 400 ft. in size. One bedroom, with a King Size Bed, and a full bathroom with shower. The floor plan includes a living room, dining area, and full kitchen (open concept), Cable TV and WiFi. The Cabin has a covered front porch to enjoy some fresh air and relaxation.Why this property ? Guests can have a true feel for the history of the region when they stay in an authentic German homestead complete with the original well, thick limestone walls and even the original root cellar where the pioneers stayed during times of danger.
