Six miles to Sugarloaf Mountain, the largest vertical mountain on the east coast. Property has all cooking and living amenities: Propane heat and heat pumps, microwave, oven, stove, sink with hand washing station with hand pump. Cabin offers a unique experience to disconnect and sample off grid living. It features 2 composting toilets 1 a true outhouse down the connected boardwalk off the porch. There is no potable or running water, just a small hand washing station, so please remember to bring/purchase water to drink! There is a local convenience store just down the road.We completely understand the need for showers and relaxation after a day in the natural elements.
