This rental has complete kitchen with cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and table that is also great for cards or family games. It has a flat screen tv with dish network, has a dvd player, a living area with 1 couch, a futon, and a daybed that can be used for sleeping and 2 comfortable recliners, plus the ac works great! The bathroom is roomy with a shower and vanity area with plenty of space. The bedroom has a queen size bed with two alcoves with twin size mattresses, there is also a full size front load washer and dryer. It has 1000 ft of deck space with chairs that look down at the water with stairs leading directly to the boat dock and lake. You have use of a covered boat dock with a 13' x 34' boat slip for your use during your stay you can also swim at the dock there is a ladder, it is also great for fishing. There is a boat ramp nearby to launch your boat. This rental is just a short distance by water from the party place Dripping Springs. It definitely has something for everyone if privacy is what you want you can relax there in the quiet cove or if you want lake action you are not far from it. There is a covered carport for one car.
