On the main floor, you will see two bedrooms, one with three single bunks for kids, and the other with a queen-size bed. Living room with fireplace (pellets), A full-size kitchen with tons of gadgets to make cooking a breeze. Upstairs, you will find a loft to turn into a work or sleep area with a futon that can sleep 2, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a walk-in closet. There is an extra full-size air mattress and a vacuum.Please be respectful of others in the neighborhood. Keep the noise down and park only in the driveway.No smoking inside the house. You can smoke outside. Any evidence that you have will result in a $150 fee or more if damages or additional cleaning fees are incurred.We put a lot of time and effort into our home, and ask that you please be respectful and courteous and leave the house in the same condition you saw it.Our cleaners use a photographed checklist at check-in and check-out, and you will be fined for any additional cleaning costs, repairs, or damages caused during your stay.Dogs are allowed, but not in the bedrooms. You have a front deck (very cool), with a Fire Pit, BBQ, and an outdoor table and chairs (season dependent). You’ll also have access to your own private ping pong table and Axe throw game on the deck. You'll head into the kitchen where you'll have access to your unlimited coffee bar, stackable laundry with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all the essentials to cook robust meals with your family. You will have no problem cooking up any meal in this fully equipped kitchen. With our coffee bar, you have endless options including regular ground Folgers coffee, decaf coffee, a starter number of K-cups, 6 flavors of tea, creamer and both sugar and sugar substitutes. The wrist bands can be purchased from the front desk at the community office.All guests must be registered with the community and will be required to submit their license, and registration to us to get your vehicles parking passes to use during your stay. *In order to guarantee access to the community and amenities guests need to book and submit the required information needed to get you registered. This includes: The guest who books mailing address, cell phone number and all cars being parked license plate numbers and state registered. We need this information at least 3 days before the reservation starts. We can try our best to get you registered the day before (except on Sundays as office is closed) but we can't guarantee it. *A $75 fee will be charged for a booking made with 48 hours or less until date of check-in. The community requires this last-minute fee for processing. The linens will be at the front door upon arrival at the house. On check-out day, you will only need to return them to their container and place them outside for pickup! TRASH: There is no house pick up, it is up to the residents and guests to remove their trash to the compactors. This is mountain living! The cleaners really don't like putting trash in their car, the area may be closed on your check out day, so they charge $30 to do it. We offer you a choice, you can add trash service to your stay on the contract, if you don't want to run it to the compactor. It isn't far, it's on Martha's Lane, just check the open times!--Our Community--You'll be a short ride to 3 lakes, stocked with Trout and Bass. Make sure to get a PA Fishing License & Community Fishing License when you throw your line in from the shore or Kayak. *Locust Lake has a pavilion for picnicking or occasional entertainment in the summer.
