Easy center city lovation
Very friendly staff and helpful. Check in office is next to restaurant on corner. Parking close to hotel at Marriott.

Ottima posizione
Albergo centralissimo per visitare comodamente la città, personale gentile e disponibile, camere ampie e organizzate con tutto il necessario, bagno moderno. Da migliorare però il servizio colazione, perché di poca scelta e materie prime non eccezionali

Otelin konumu harika ayağınızı otelden dışarı attığınızda 30 adım sonra makedonya meydanındasınız otelin öne bakan odalarından bunu görebilirsiniz.

Personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililer Siyah saçlı katerina 1 çok iyi kalpli ilgili güleryüzlü canayakın biri diğer katerina ona keza erkek resepsiyonist arkadaş da öyle tüm personel iyi
Otelin temizlik ve hijyen kurallarına uyması ve özen göstermesi çok iyi
Tek sıkıntı bir otaparkının olmaması otel bir otopark ile anlaşsa çok süper olurdu ücretsiz bu imkanı sunsa tadından yenilmez bir otel

Good service.
Breakfast was at the restaurant next door. Was told at check in, there’s 50% off for lunch & dinner when you’re staying at the hotel. For that reason we had dinner there. Asked on arrival just to make sure that there was indeed that good deal and was assured it was so. Upon paying for the meal (a burger & a glass of wine) we were informed it was 15%. Felt a bit ripped off even if it’s wasn’t the actual amount. More the fact that I spoke with 3 people who told me the same.
The girl from the reception came. Said it was a misunderstanding but she sorted it out for us and made sure we got the 50% off. Long story short. It was really good service 😊

Önerilir, Güleryüzlü Yardımsever Çalışanlar
Konumu oldukça iyi olmak ile beraber tam gezilmesi gereken yerlerin merkezinde yürüme mesafesinde yer alması büyük bir avantaj. Arada mola verip otelinize gelip dinlenebilirsiniz. Otel çalışamları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Kahvaltı otelin yanında bulunan bistro da yapılmakta. Seçenek olarak biz Roll yumrta ve waffle tercih ettik. Kahvaltı için ayrıca 2 içeçecek hakkınız var. Kahvaltı sanki biraz zayıf geldi bize size seçenek sunuyorlar. 5 seçeneğiniz vardı sanırım emin değilim. Genel olarak otel iyi diyebilirim

Great stay with great price and excellent service
I arrived to the hotel early in the morning and I was happily surprised to see that my room was already ready and I could check in before 9am. The hotel also offered me to have breakfast right after checking in, which was also a super nice touch. The room was in a good condition, nothing fancy but perfectly fine. The breakfast options (a la carte) were nice and something a bit out of the ordinary. The best feature, was the excellent service and politeness of the staff, both at the reception and the restaurant. Kudos especially to the young woman (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, sorry!) who kindly took the time to advise me on different options on how to get to Matka canyon, she was super!
Lastly, one cannot beat the location of this hotel, right next to the main square (as good as the location of Marriott)!
Especially given the very reasonable price of the room, my stay was overall excellent.

The hotel as nice and the amenities fitting, but the room was not very clean and the upkeep/maintenance of the hotel could have been better.
