Premier Inn Thurrock East Hotel

Hotel itself is everything you expect from a premier inn, no complaints. The Brewers Fayre next door. 1 hour 19 mins from sitting down to getting my cold starter and luke warm main meal delivered to my table together. Even for budget food it was pretty bad. Not worth the meal deal, had to go get a macdonalds to have some warm food.

We stay here every time we visit family or when going to London. Valentines weekend,also my partners 60th birthday, upon speaking to LOREDANA on reception she made it extra special.Loredana decorated up the room with balloons,chocolates along with other delights.She was truly amazing and made my partners birthday even more special. Thank you

When parking my car in the hotel car park, I drove over one of several screws that were on the floor and punctured my tyre. No interest in covering additional parking after checkout and when enquiring about the possibility of staying another night in the event I couldn’t get me tyre repaired just told to book online. I informed member of staff who removed other screws and glass from car park. I was not informed when checking in that parking was extra and would have been fined if I had not spoken to reception after checking out and waiting for RAC. Rather than offering to cover cost of parking told I’d better pay for another 24hrs. Shocking customer service all round!

Only downside of this place. If your room is in the annexe. There is no lift. A lift is needed. Especially if you have suitcases or your mobility is not too good in climbing stairs. Mine was on the third floor. Room was clean. I think the annexe needs a vending machine. It's a pain to keep going over to the main building. The restaurant was out of a lot of food

Checked in with two cases and a six year old was given a room on third floor with no lift. Walking up the stairs there was a dirty nappy wedged in the bannister. Arrived in room it was really dirty as it was so late I didn’t say anything that night but in the morning told receptionist who apologised and offered to pay for parking. Did not sleep well due to dirty room and noisy neighbours.

AVOID Car park is not secure multiple van break in’s including my own and a stolen truck in the space of 4 nights. No help whatsoever after all my tools had been taken just a shrug of the shoulders. They’ll catch you if you don’t pay for parking but not thieves breaking into your vehicle.
