"The room is so small that the door cannot be fully opened, there are many mosquitoes, and the service is very poor, but they provide toothbrushes. The most unacceptable thing is that there is no formal charging standard for asking for the difference in price when bringing children to check in. An employee first said 400 liras and then immediately changed it to 700 liras. Later, another employee asked for 1250 liras, which was completely out of his mouth. The breakfast was also speechless. The so-called set meal was just a few breads with a few leaves and peppers. There were only 2 fried eggs for three people, which was not enough to fill you up. The location is not good either. It is far from the beach and requires more than 10 minutes of driving to get there. For the same price, you can stay in a sea view homestay. In short, compatriots, avoid this one!"

"There is no elevator and the spiral staircase is easy to fall. The swimming pool is clean, but there is no sea view. There is no front desk service. It took me a long time to find a staff member when checking in, and they didn't speak English. The sea view room is really great"

"We have just left the hotel and I have conveyed my comments to the gentleman who was on duty at the reception, thankfully he was upset about the situation. However, there is a complete lack of care in the hotel. The room we stayed in was falling apart, the toilet flush was broken, we waited hoping that it would be noticed when cleaning came, but in the end we did it after all the effort. The doors don't close, so shouldn't these be reviewed before the season starts? When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that breakfast starts at 9 o'clock, and we start the day early on holiday. When we went downstairs at 9 o'clock, the tables were empty, so we waited because we didn't know the concept, no one asked us why we were waiting? Around 10:00, a lady asked for breakfast in her suite. We said we would order it. We had no idea what the breakfast consisted of, and we were drinking tea at breakfast. When we finished, we asked for more, but the person on the other end was unhappy. I asked if they would like to bring a thermos, and they said the thermos was broken!… The last day, at 9:05, we went downstairs again. We asked for breakfast and were told to check if the chef was awake! If you can't implement the breakfast concept, don't do it, remove it, and people will come to your hotel accordingly. At least, there won't be any expectations. With just a pool and two umbrellas, it won't work. And when you can't get service, they don't like that either. They say they've been in Alaçatı for years, but zero development, zero customer satisfaction and zero hotel management. It will remain my worst Alaçatı hotel experience."

"We had a 6 days at this beautiful design hotel It had 2 swimming pools with magnificent sunset views of Chios island. It has excellent service and very tasty sea food As long with good cocktails. They had a spa with sauna and wet sauna and massage which we had tried twice while we stayed there Also Fun beach club was free for hotel guests we visited there 3 times amazing beach and turquoise waters of the Aegean sea. We will definitely come back."

"The hotel is great and lovely view… you better have a car as it takes you around 10 to 15 min to reach wherever you want in cesme. It’s not a walking distance at all. A lot of beach clubs around that you need a car to reach too. Pool and service is great, I just didn’t go to the sea as it’s rocky sea but you can still swim and enjoy the evening by the sea. Amazing sunsets and mornings viewing the sea"

"Beautiful little boutique, our travel group was large enough to book out all the rooms so it was just us staying which made it feel more comfortable. We were lucky to get a big room on the first floor but other rooms were very small. The rooms were beautiful with great a/c, the bathroom was under the staircase so it was small but still nice. Breakfast was delicious with a full table spread and menu items available for more. The owner was very nice and helpful, the only thing that we found odd being not experienced travelers was when there was a sign with no food or drinks allowed in the only outdoor space they have right outside our rooms meaning we should only eat and drink what we bring in our rooms. There was not much space to hang our clothes and towels so we hung them outside our rooms on the chairs and the owner asked us to remove them, we understand he probably thought it looked messy but our family was the only ones staying there and we had no where to hang our things so we had to figure out how to do it in the room using the doors and tv etc. The location was great but it does not have private parking it has a narrow 1 lane road in front of it and a public parking block at the end of that lane that you get a 50tl discount on the 24hr fee = 200tl. "

"We were in Izmir when we decided to get a room in Çeşme and I booked this hotel trough Trip.com. It had best ratings and it came up 1st of the list. We didn’t think twice cos we are not keen in staying in hotels for our holiday as we like to travel around. So we didn’t expect anything wow for a 3 stars hotel. But to be honest we found the place charming, a cute family owned small hotel with a cosy veranda for breakfast, served every morning by polite staff. You don’t order anything but eggs, the rest comes fresh from the kitchen: olives, cheeses, watermelon, nuts, honey, tomato and cucumbers and other stuff as meze style. Rooms are small but cosy and clean with a side balcony facing the garden. That’s all we needed. The owner is a gentle person fluently in English and very helpful. We had a problem with hairdryer and a new one came in a minute. Location for us is the best part and that’s why we chose it. Literally 5 minutes walk from the beach, a nice side walk between villas and the cristal water shore. 5 minutes from the marina and all the bars, restaurants and beach clubs. You can just step out from the hall and stop a minibus (dolmush) with your hand. Can go to Alaçati or Cesme in 10 minutes for only 1 euro. If you not too fussy and want to spend few days in a good, clean, cosy and friendly environment we highly recommend to try Mon Ilica Otel."
