Quattordici Residence

Outstanding location and service One of the best hotel experiences ever. Our Quattordici accommodations were spectacular, from the spacious living room to the clean, comfortable beds to the truly stunning view from the large deck/balcony of the azure Aegean. Hakan the manager provided exceptional service, including stepping in heroically to help when I had an accident, navigating the medical system for us beautifully. Terrific accommodations in a terrific country. We can’t wait to return!

Tolle Lage & schöner Ausblick.Abgenutztes aprtment Sehr gute Lage, nahe zur Innenstadt und zum Meer. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und ein geräumiges Apartment. Der Receptionist war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Leider war das Apartment sehr abgenutzt und nicht sauber.

Wow! Amazing place. Wow! What an amazing place. We had the room for 4 people at the top. I have travelled the world and stayed in literally hundreds of hotels, apartments & houses and I can honestly say I have never stayed in such a well appointed, beautifully decorated and homely feeling place. The views are truly amazing. The apartment has everything you could need in terms of a kitchen, along with a washing machine (useful as we were part way through travelling through turkey). The rooms are nicely decorated & the living room very comfortable. The wrap around outside terrace was amazing - had an area for eating but also a lovely outdoor sofa (my new favourite reading place). Views from the balcony were amazing - you could never get bored of watching the boats and looking out to sea. The private beach is lovely with a jetty stretching out into the sea. Loved every minute and was sad to leave.

Very good location for accommodation, quiet and only a few minutes walk from the beginning of the promenade and shops, restaurants, and about 15 minutes walk from the Cesme Marina and from the Castle. The accommodation was well equipped with all the elements you need, feeling like in your own apartment. From the terrace there is a phenomenal view, look at the Greek island of Chios and beautiful sunset. We spent most of our time enjoying the terrace. The guy at the reception is very helpful, he helped us a lot with directions and locations of what to see in Cesme and surroundings. The private beach is located just below, and there is a bar if you want something to drink or eat. A prices are affordable. The accommodation is highly recommended, especially if you want to have a good holiday and enjoy yourself.

After staying 30 days in Turkey in 11 different hotels, this is the only one we had an issue with - DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a 4 night stay for a room with air conditioning as it was summer. The minute we walked into our room with Hokan - the manager - we knew something was off. My husband spoke with him and he asked us to turn the 2 air cons to the highest speed & lowest temperature and give it 24 hrs to cool our room off to which we agreed. It was a miserable night as the rooms never got to a decent temperature. Hokan was no where to be found in the morning so we left him a note saying we found another hotel nearby & were leaving & wanted a 3 night refund. We said we would go back to talk in person later that day which was a Friday. When we returned to speak with him and firmly asked for a refund he agreed. However, he was dishonest from that point on. He said we needed to initiate the refund with ******* which was incorrect since we paid directly to the hotel and did not prepay through *******. Not knowing this at the time, I contacted ******* who then spoke to him & he denied wanting to give us the refund. My husband then went back to speak with him in person on Saturday and again asked for our promised refund. He told my husband his machine which took our money could not process credits and we would need to wait until Monday at 9 am when Ms Asli Hanim at his corporate office would process the refund. We met him Monday at 9 am sharp to ensure this took place only to be told - with Ms Hanim on the phone - our credit kept getting rejected and would not go through after multiple attempts. We had to leave to go to the airport for a flight and told Hokan to have her continue to working on this issue. We suggested she contact her bank for help. Needless to say, since everyone knew we were leaving for Izmir we would be unable to go back in person and we never heard from him again. I immediately contacted our credit card company as soon as I returned to the USA and they are now handling this for us. They confirmed no attempted credits were ever declined. This should have been a simple transaction but it is obvious the hotel had no intention of making things right.
