睡覺也很寧靜位於小鎮中心，有一個開放的廚房，大廳有一張餐桌，分別有兩間房，大廳上是一張大床房間，分別兩張小床

環境：地處老城中心，原以為是一間帶餐廳的民宿，實際是雜貨鋪的二樓，被照片誤會了。 設施：兩卧一衞，房間暗且舊舊的，衞生一般般。 服務：協商過程及結果不能令人滿意。由於人數增加行程提前，提前要求攜程協助退款，重訂同一家的兩個標間，死活不肯退款重訂，衹同意改日期，重給同款房間，是否能滿足要求不確定。抵達民宿後未給看房間先加錢，屬於被動接受，離店時間沒到上午十一點即催促離店，感覺不好。

Nice small hotel/ hostel. Big rooms a little bit old but totally fine. Location is very central in the old part of the city. Parking is available for 8€ per day. I stayed there for 2 nights.

良い点 中心地にあり、周りにレストランが多い ベッドもシャワーもとてもキレイ レセプションが優しく、朝ごはんが食べられるところなど、色々教えてくれる 悪い点 特にないが、強いて言うなら部屋に冷蔵庫がほしかった コスパがかなりいいと思います

보기 드물게 주방도 있어서 너무너무 좋았어요! 이쁘고 깨끗하기까지 해서 가격대비 제일 맘에 드는 숙소였어요. 완전 중심지에 있어서 밤 늦게까지 돌아다니는 것도 가능합니다!

Although we arrive after 6pm, we can collect our keys in the mailbox and self check-in. It is very convenient for us. The place is very clean and comfortable for no matter friends or couple to stay. The staffs are very nice and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend it!

Sehr netter Empfang. Tolles Appartement, trotz Mansarde nicht zu heiss. Ventilator im Zimmer und Plissee an den Fenstern. Sehr schön. Guter Ausgangspunkt zu Unternehmungen.

Excellent position, but public parking at 280cr/day. Excellent facilities in the property for self catering.

Very convenient place to stay. The room was clean and staff were professional. They allowed us check in earlier than listed time on the website. They messaged me before hand to check on our arrival time, which was 11am and then told me we could check in at 11am instead of 2pm. It was great, as I would have needed to carry my bag around while waiting for check in time. They also held our luggage in the morning after check out so we could walk around before our departure time. The only complaint I have is the water pressure was super low, but I don't think that's this particular place's fault. It seems the whole town is like that. We also got the free tour information from them, and it was a great decision to join.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need, in a perfect location!

I stayed in November, room was comfortable spotless and warm. Staff are brilliant and helpful. It's a fabulous town.

Ich habe Krumau mit einigen Freunden besucht und hatte via Booking diese Pension Galko gebucht. Sie liegt sehr zentral im Stadtzentrum und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. Die Zimmer sind mittelgroß, sehr sauber und funktional. Preis/Leistung ist top. Lediglich die Zwischenreinigung/Zimmerservice hat nicht geklappt. Dennoch kann ich diese Pension nur empfehlen und würde sie auch selbst wieder buchen.

Everything in the room we liked and service was excellent. It had plenty toilet paper and an air freshener in the restroom area. However one thing we noticed from the different hotels we stayed in Europe is that this one specifically doesn’t have a mini fridge, maybe due to short stays. Because we visited during winter season we stored our sandwich and drinks outside the fist window, this worked! Highly recommended lodging
