Grand Hotel Cesenatico

Siamo stati un paio di notti, un po’ rumoroso come location. La camera nella media, il bagno un po’ bruttino per l’esterno dell’hotel. Unico ascensore per ospiti e servizi, un po’ di attesa. Colazione buona, non molti prodotti tipici peccato, e non mi è piaciuto il fatto che in camera l’acqua si paga….per il resto secondo me da migliorare i particolari, e forse qualche attenzione in più ….per gli ospiti.

A solid 4-star hotel. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Overall, I was very happy with it. The room was comfortable. I thought it was a little small, but it was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was not cramped and was well lit. The staff are what you would expect at a 4-star hotel. They are courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we checked that was taken care of promptly. The elevators worked and were clean and well maintained. Location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was great. Good selection. Good pastries. I had lunch at the beach restaurant one afternoon. I had fried shrimp and scallops that were very good. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times. It is a nice setting for a meal. The service was good. The menu was good, not a ton of selections but a good assortment. They have a dessert buffet that was very good. The lobby and the terrace are very nice. There is a bar in the lobby. I sat out on the terrace a couple of times and enjoyed being outside.

As always in life there are good impressions. The staff was polite and helpful, from the two very helpful porters to reception. Room cleaners were good I have not tried the restaurant as the menu appeared bland in comparison with the local restaurants.I did not like the manager Domenico,he is not from the trade.Surely he will be good at something else. Bathtub (which also serves as shower) very difficult to enter and leave as it is too high I reported to the front desk that the TV was unplugged and the bathroom mirror was written on with my fingers, I noticed after taking a shower. Only one small lift for the whole hotel. My stay was five days, of which the lift worked only the first day. Wifi useless as signal is weak, speed low, and the connection breaks down constantly. This alone is enough reason to avoid the accomidation Room price very much over the top with an average of €300. Correct would be €100 my room 56.

Hotel storico e maestoso in pieno centro. La nostra camera nonostante fosse una deluxe vista mare( direi...vista campo da tennis che avevamo proprio sotto) vedeva i segni del tempo. Mobili vecchi...e non antichi...bagno con vasca scomodissima e televisione veramente piccola e non da 4 stelle. In camera non c'era un bollitore che ritengo indispensabile in questa categoria... Bella la terrazza bar e colazione Servizio di bici comodissimo e gentilezza da parte del personale.

Viaggio per lavoro a Cesena, mi fermo al Grand Hotel Cesenatico, una vera meraviglia. La facciata lascia davvero senza parole. L’hotel è gestito con grande professionalità e gentilezza dal personale, bellissima la sala da pranzo e piacevolissima la zona all’aperto dedicata alla prima colazione. Affacciato sulla piazza principale e sul mare, il Grand Hotel è l’ideale per una super rilassante vacanza, mare sole buon cibo, belle camere.

Rientriamo ora da un piacevolissimo weekend in questa struttura. Era la prima volta che visitavamo Cesenatico. Abbiamo alloggiato in una suite familiare con camere comunicanti ( io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 4 e 7 anni). Ambiente ampio e luminoso, pulizia impeccabile, struttura elegante in stile classico ma ristrutturata sembra recentemente. Si accede a una piscina e alla spiaggia con bar e gazebo dove pranzare. La spiaggia è pulita, ordinata, il personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale. La cena ( consumata in hotel) di ottima qualità con piatti tipici della zona. Era il compleanno di mia figlia e avendolo saputo hanno lasciato un bigliettino sul tavolo e portato un gelato con la candelina. Le camere venivano rassettate sia al mattino sia quando ci trovavamo a cena ( bagno riordinato, asciugamani sporchi sostituiti). Ci siamo meravigliati che una simile struttura con un servizio a tal punto impeccabile non sia valutato 5 stelle e non 4 come risulta dal sito. Spendo due parole anche per Cesenatico: località balneare a misura di bambino, con ampi ambienti di gioco, pulitissima e piena di attrattive. Assolutamente da tornare
