The room is smaller than my expect compared to previous booking. The food during puasa is less but good thing is got dim sum. The parking indoor only available after you have guess card.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, as I was unable to adjust it to my desired temperature. I promptly informed the front desk before leaving the hotel for some time. When I returned, I was informed that the issue had been addressed, and I was told that the temperature variation was limited to 3 degrees. For example, if set at 28°C, the temperature would remain around 25°C. However, later that night, the air conditioning became excessively cold. I have attached pictures and videos for your reference. Despite attempting to increase the temperature and restarting the system several times, I was unable to achieve a comfortable setting. This situation caused significant discomfort during my stay. As I have had pleasant experiences at your hotel in the past, I am writing to bring this matter to the attention of your management. I kindly request an acknowledgment and a response regarding this issue. I lodge this complaint at the hotel, they acknowledge received my email but after 5 days no reply

The best breakfast in penang

Only EV charger for BMW only available. I have to charge my Tesla elsewhere. It’s better to have charger for all cars.

We are very satisfied staying at this hotel. All staf very friendly and the hotel very clean. Near to mall and variety of restaurants. Lot of parking space.

The Hotel as always well kept , Good & Friendly service by all staff . Breakfast excellent serving the needs of locals & overseas clients. Walking distance to foods stall & shopping complexes.

The buffet breakfast is great. It has wide varieties of food, and most of them taste good.
