Naia Lombok

Absolutely beautiful, clean & brilliantly located hotel with a stunning touch of attention to detail!!!! I came to naia for a four day solo trip and I wasn’t disappointed. Marls was very attentive and instantly relaxed my solo travelling nerves. The staff who work within the hotel are absolutely amazing and are a true credit to Marls team:) Nothing ever seemed like too much and the staff regularly engaged with me and other visitors getting involved with games and dancing. Hendrys dance moves were definitely my favourite🙈 Thankyou so much to marls & the team:)

We enjoyed our stay at Naia. The staff was very friendly, and everyone made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect and everything is very comfortable. Also they male delicious breakfast and coffee. I can definetely recommend to everyone visiting Kuta.

We had booked 2 nights but immediately fell in love with the hotel and extended for another 3 nights. The place is quite central in Kuta and even if it is busy on the street, you don't hear it inside the room. With 6 rooms, you will never be overrun here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. There was air conditioning and it worked. There was also an electric kettle and coffee and tea that were refilled every day. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water and an ok shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. There was wifi and it worked well. The swimming pool is nice and the water is clean. The breakfast was extremely good. All in all, there are a lot of small details and a commitment on the part of the staff that make a stay at this cozy botiueq hotel an experience you have to treat yourself to. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at NAIA and loved every second! Would 100% recommend it to anyone who visits Lombok! The staff were amazing and so helpful! The little touches like welcome smoothies were so thoughtful ! The decor is so beautiful I can’t recommend it enough! The owner is great so welcoming and makes you feel part of the NAIA family ! I cannot praise the Naia Lombok staff and owner enough. I would easily double the stars. From start to finish, my stay at Naia Lombok felt like spending time with family. No detail was overlooked whether allowing me use of a bicycle, arranging transport and tours, suggesting nearby restaurants and attractions, or providing beach towels, locally crafted soaps, fresh bread from a nearby bakery, a reusable water bottle, storage space in the refrigerator, games and books, kitty time, etc. I could fill pages but instead, I encourage you to stay and see for yourself. The meticulous care shown by each and every team member exceeds expectations since the attentive staff and owner accommodate guests with a smile and warmth that is like nowhere I’ve ever stayed. That stellar service coupled with the comfortable rooms was easily worth every cent. My heartfelt thanks to Marlisa, Agus, Heni, Hendry, Pak Husman, and the cats for creating an extraordinary atmosphere at Naia Lombok. I can’t wait to see you all again one day.

Our stay at Naia's was amazing. They really take good care of everything and are all so kind! The breakfast is really good and they have quite some options that you can choose from. There is a mosque near the hotel, but theyll provide the earplugs. Also, love the cats tonic and bowie ❤️
