The room is dusty and furnitures are old. Location is not great.

Отель расположен в самом центре и достаточно просторный,единственный минус -плохо проветривается и необходимо обновить полотенца/постельное белье.В остальном все отлично-бассейн,теннисный корт,персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь!

Good place to stay easy to walking during concert

No extension cord, no adapter for foreigners plug for support, old TV no Netflix no Youtube About service I have asked for cutlery at the lobby then the concierge staff said should be call 0 I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff Must call number 1 So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?! So this is the experience that i got from this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻 I paid for Grand Deluxe Room to get this exp what a shame There is no denying that this hotel has a good location to stay for whom has a plan to see the concert this is the only one reason I will come back here if I do have plan to see the concert next time It’s very near and convenient

Great place to stay with amazing and friendly staff.

コンサートの為に利用しました。会場までのアクセスはとても良く歩いて行かれます。しかしその他どこかへ行くには近場でもタクシーかバイクを呼ばないと行かれません。またいつもすごい渋滞なので、車なら近くのモールでも1時間程かかりました。時間帯にもよるとは思いますが、私は翌日は歩いて出かけました。 古き良きホテルという雰囲気でした。クラシックな広いお部屋でした。設備が古い為どうしても難しい点がいくつかありました。水道、お風呂、シャワーは時間によって温度が全然違いました。最終日はどうしても熱湯風呂になってしまい入れませんでした。 ルームサービスのスタッフ、ハウスキーパー、フロント、コンシェルジュ、ドアマン、皆様が大変親切でした。とても気持ち良く滞在できました。

Pros - Good location if you go to the stadium for a concert/event - large green area with a pool - ATM inside - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Spacious room - Good view - Bathtub Cons - coffee at the lobby is overpriced (85k IDR) - a bit worn out - only one socket by the bed

Closest hotel to Istora Senayan - was there for the Indinesia Masters which a short walk away. No complaint about the hotel being a fairly old hotel, spacious room , always greeted with a smile The food from the Room Service can be improved

出張で宿泊しました。大きくて綺麗なホテルですがやはり設備の古さはあります。また、湯船はありますが、国の水道インフラの問題で水が濁っていて入る気にはなれませんでした。これはホテルの問題ではないと思います。総じて綺麗なホテルでした。
