The service not bad, but my stay here didn’t meet my expectation, as i set the bar high for my stay in Keraton, as Keraton under spg, back then, was my favourite hotel in Jakarta. The room size is same as before, huge for Jakarta’s standard room, however, the vibe is totally different. I feel like Keraton now is too bright, under spg , used to be more elegant, solid, luxurious. The quality of breakfast is also too much different from before. And the most irritating one for my stay now is the strong paint smell, since it’s just newly renovated, make my stay uncomfortable.

This is perhaps one of the most underrated luxury hotel and my favorite because the moment you arrive the premise it feels like you are cocooned in a private sanctuary away from the congested & noisy streets in the most prime commercial district of Jakarta. While it’s better geared as business hotel, it’s also very conducive for short family stay with its direct access to major shopping malls and great centralized location. All the usual amenities of a luxury hotel plus a contemporary elegant design makes this hotel very comfortable to come back. And the Club Lounge is amongst my favourite serving a very generous inclusive menu during lunch & dinner. Look at the Wagyu Burger picture. Service is great & hotel is immaculate. Tips - Book Jr Suite with Club Lounge access & complimentary Dry Clean for best value
