If you’re here, I hope to God it’s because you had no choice. You tested positive with COVID upon arrival to Jakarta and has to come here for isolation. Even then, for Rp 1.9 mil PER DAY, it is bend over and … time. You know what I’m talking about in a minute. First off, the bedsheet doesn’t fit the bed (see picture). Really??? 2nd, there are little cockroaches (see pictures). Really??? Third, the isolation meal really..really..really.. sucks! You’ll get this box meal fit for a 3rd grader. Filled with small sizes food items. 1 tbs of rendang (not a typo. 1 tbs), a small bowl size rice, 1 tbs of corn & green beans, 1 tsp of acar, 1 piece of fried tofu or 1 chicken leg. All… served COLD! With a flimsy plastic fork and spoon that are useless. I asked if room service can warm up these foods for me since the room DOESN’T include a microwave. They said “sorry, no. If you want hot food, you’ll have to order room service.”. Which.. I had to ask TWICE for a menu. Fourth, the towels were old and tired looking. Fifth: finally have a menu, tried to order nasi goreng ikan teri from the menu - sorry, we don’t have ikan teri. How about seafood fried rice on the menu then? - oh sorry, we don’t have that either. Ok…. I’d like black coffee and fresh orange juice. Sorry, the only coffee we have is instant, and oj is in a bottle. Settled for fried chicken & rice. At least they were warm. In case you’re all saying I’m just too picky or onery, I left another quarantine hotel that charges almost the exact same amount, but I received a 3 course meal (hot meal) on a real plate and real utensils, hot coffee and real juices of variety. So, this is NOT all hotel or COVID problem. This is Grand Cempaka problem. Yes I’m upset. This is a disrespectful, opportunistic and down right crappy place of business. Is there a no star option for a review? 😡
